Location of the 'Having trouble Logging in?' text
When a user needs to reset their password, it can be challenging to notice the 'Having trouble logging in?' text.
This is especially true if it's against a white background (as the text is white) or if the bottom of their viewing window cuts off just after the bottom of the dialogue box, as t's not immediately apparent that this link will be located below the dialogue box.
To enhance visibility, it might be better to incorporate this wording directly into the dialogue box itself, using black text for clarity.
Moreover, consider changing the wording to something more explicit, like…

Pencil(edit) icon to work as expected
When editing items within any of the Custom forms under WEBSITE > Custom Data, the pencil icon that appears on the right-hand side of the items does not function.
This can be confusing for users, as clicking the icon does not do anything, and it may not be immediately obvious that clicking on the title of the item is necessary to access the page where the item can be edited.
The pencil (edit) icon should redirect users to the page where they can edit the selected item.

To show the maximum file size allowed when trying to upload a file
When you upload a file and it is too large, you see a message stating "file size error", it would be handy for users to know what the maximum file size is so they can resize/compress accordingly.

For the Facebook feed components to better reflect how this looks on Facebook
When adding a Facebook feed component, this adds a blue box with just the text used. You're not able to click any links that are included, no graphics pull through, etc and it looks very plain. It would be great, and more professional looking, if this could look more as it does on the actual Facebook post.

Deleting items or attachments
Sometimes users delete items such as pages by accident because it's not very clear how to delete attachments that display at the bottom of a page/item.
It might be worth implementing a safeguard, such as prompting users to type 'DELETE PAGE' when attempting to delete a page. This same approach could apply to other items, like 'DELETE CALENDAR' or 'DELETE ARTICLE.'
This would help users better understand what they're deleting and reduce the number of support calls or tickets. Unfortunately, not all users are aware of the Instant Restore option, and many may reach out for assistance in restoring deleted…

'Custom forms cannot be edited in the admin bar'
This message is present within the EDIT menu when a user is within a Custom form under WEBSITE > Custom Data.
While this message is technically correct, it is confusing for users.
Instead of simply stating that this cannot be edited within the admin bar, we could consider a more user-friendly prompt encouraging users to scroll down the page to access the editing options for the custom form they are currently using.
We do often get queries regarding this message, so it would be beneficial for this to be addressed.

News Thumbnail Cropper
Currently when a user uploads a thumbnail image for a News article, the crop icon will appear as soon at the image is uploaded.
However, it is not clear to the user that they are to then click on this icon and set the crop for each of the different sections: Main, List, Home & Square.
It would better if when you upload the Thumbnail image you are prompted to go through the crop options for each of these sections before they continue with editing the article.
Additionally, when you save the article the image cropper icon will disappear, so…

The ability to rename slideshow folders to match the page name, instead of a number.
When adding images for a slideshow, you currently have to upload them into a numbered folder. It would be great if the folder could reflect the page name instead as this would be really useful, in helping to easily identify the page a folder relates to.

Custom: In this section/sub-navigation menu
A client has asked if it would be possible to add a sub-menu into the in this section on specific pages that allows visitors to click onto a heading listed within this menu and for it to drop down a list of either just links to inner pages or un-clickable text that they can add to this drop-down.

Accessibility: Scroll bar to be added for styled tables
Some websites lack the necessary code to include a scroll bar on styled tables, resulting in visitors being unable to scroll across tables with multiple columns.
This often leads to client queries about why they can't view all content within wider tables. We are then having to manually add the code to address such issues which is inefficient.
Therefore, I feel that it would be beneficial to incorporate this functionality by default in all website templates. This ensures accessibility and enables visitors to view the entirety of content within styled tables.
Here is an article that relates to this for…

Automatically saving as a draft when logged out for inactivity
When editing an item, such as a page, blog post, or article, after a certain amount of time, the user will be signed out due to inactivity. This is a security feature designed to prevent unauthorised access to pages if a user leaves their device unattended while logged into the website.
However, currently, when a user is signed out of a page, there is no message confirming the action. This absence of notification can lead users to believe they are still logged in, as they can still see the admin bar including the 'LOGOUT' link (top right). Consequently, they may…

Having the ability to easily view which pages contain attachments, and being able to select multiple attachments, drag and drop them onto another page, would eliminate the need to download attachments from their current page and then re-upload them to another page.
