Mass Archiving pages including news
It would be helpful if we could mass archive pages, by selecting multiple ones in Sitemap in one go and then clicking Archive for them. As opposed to having to visit each page and then select Archive and Save.

Create an undo button on the newsletter builder
Give an option to undo on the newsletter builder - Extremely restrictive and not having a presence of the undo button on the newsletter means that when a mistake is made you have to starts all over again which can be really time consuming.

staff profiles
Could we have the ability to allow the staff profiles page layout on multiple pages without having to duplicate the custom form with the developers? A lot of my customers would like to have profiles for staff and then governors on separate pages and have asked for the same layout for consistency purposes.

Staff Profiles: To have the option to chose portrait or square
Most staff profile photos are taken by a professional photographer and are typically in portrait orientation.
However, these images are often uploaded without being cropped into a square format, which can lead to important parts of the photo being cut off, such as the tops of heads.
To enhance user experience, it would be beneficial to allow users to choose whether their images fit into a square or portrait frame on the website.
This flexibility will prevent distortion and cropping issues when portrait images are forced into a square frame, while still accommodating users who have already cropped their images…

Multi Site Access: Option to Search for School in 'Switch School Site' drop-down
A suggestion has already been submitted regarding the ability for users to sort this list alphabetically.
However, it might be beneficial to also include an option to search for a specific school within the list.
This feature would be particularly advantageous for Trust sites with extensive lists of schools, as it would eliminate the need for users to scroll excessively to locate the desired school.

Making the 'Submit Post' Option Clear for Social Media Sharing
When sharing to social media, users who have set up sharing options can generate a post, but the submission process isn’t clear.
To submit, users must go to EDIT > 'Save and publish this item'.
It would be helpful to either add a share or submit post button in the share dialogue or include a note explaining how to submit the post.

News Thumbnail Cropper
Currently when a user uploads a thumbnail image for a News article, the crop icon will appear as soon at the image is uploaded.
However, it is not clear to the user that they are to then click on this icon and set the crop for each of the different sections: Main, List, Home & Square.
It would better if when you upload the Thumbnail image you are prompted to go through the crop options for each of these sections before they continue with editing the article.
Additionally, when you save the article the image cropper icon will disappear, so…

To show the maximum file size allowed when trying to upload a file
When you upload a file and it is too large, you see a message stating "file size error", it would be handy for users to know what the maximum file size is so they can resize/compress accordingly.

Ability to use photostacks
It would be great to have the ability to display a photo album as a photo stack. It could add visual interest and some dimension to the pages. Maybe it would also be possible to use such a feature when adding news stories so that a number of photos from an event, for example, could be displayed alongside the story.

'Custom forms cannot be edited in the admin bar'
This message is present within the EDIT menu when a user is within a Custom form under WEBSITE > Custom Data.
While this message is technically correct, it is confusing for users.
Instead of simply stating that this cannot be edited within the admin bar, we could consider a more user-friendly prompt encouraging users to scroll down the page to access the editing options for the custom form they are currently using.
We do often get queries regarding this message, so it would be beneficial for this to be addressed.

Being able to reorder accordions on a page via drag and drop
Anyone using more than one accordion on a page for a range of purposes, other than the one we use them for, would find this really helpful.

Notify admins when health status changes in the dashboard
when the health score changes in the school or MAT dashboard, send a notification to the school admins that the score has changed.
This adds another layer of checking statutory content.

Enable Google Analytics set up via CMS
As part of adding Google Analytics to a school the support team have to add this for a school via the backend. I would like this to be possible via the CMS and ideally possible for an end user to do so.

add shared news to premium predesigned templates
Please add shared news functionality to the premium predesigned templates.
We have a lot of interest in this design option from smaller MATs and the lack of this feature (and lack of multi-pin maps) holds us back.

The customer has noticed that the option to share news stories on other platforms still has the old Twitter icon.
Is it possible to update this on future developments to the new X icon for Twitter?

Responsive View - Display current page by default
Responsive View is located under the WEBSITE tab.
It is used to see what a page might look like on different screen sizes depending on the type of device you are using to view the website, such as a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. It also includes the orientation, such as mobile portrait or landscape, etc.
The majority of parents use mobile phones, so this feature is great for schools that are creating pages and want to see how a page would look on a mobile device.
Currently, when you go to Responsive View, it will show you what…

Pencil(edit) icon to work as expected
When editing items within any of the Custom forms under WEBSITE > Custom Data, the pencil icon that appears on the right-hand side of the items does not function.
This can be confusing for users, as clicking the icon does not do anything, and it may not be immediately obvious that clicking on the title of the item is necessary to access the page where the item can be edited.
The pencil (edit) icon should redirect users to the page where they can edit the selected item.
