  1. When sharing to social media, users who have set up sharing options can generate a post, but the submission process isn’t clear.

    To submit, users must go to EDIT > 'Save and publish this item'.

    It would be helpful to either add a share or submit post button in the share dialogue or include a note explaining how to submit the post.

  2. The ability to replace any files in File Manager with an updated version that will automatically sync to all occurrences of the file across the site.

    Many school policy documents need to appear in multiple locations for both user access and regulation/compliance - for example the Admissions Policy which would likely be on an Admissions and Key Documents pages. Rather than search for and delete every occurrence, it would be easier to have one file in File Manager which can be linked from multiple pages and auto-synced when it's updated. Many CMS platforms offer this as standard.

  3. In the Parents’ Evening Booking add-on, it would be beneficial to have an option to set a specific break time for all teachers at once, rather than manually adding breaks for each teacher.

    This would streamline the process when all teachers take a break at the same time, saving time and effort.

    However, it’s still useful to retain the ability to manually add breaks for teachers who require different or multiple break times.

  4. It would be great to have the ability to display a photo album as a photo stack. It could add visual interest and some dimension to the pages. Maybe it would also be possible to use such a feature when adding news stories so that a number of photos from an event, for example, could be displayed alongside the story.

  5. when the health score changes in the school or MAT dashboard, send a notification to the school admins that the score has changed.

    This adds another layer of checking statutory content.

  6. Sometimes, certain components or items prevent users from clicking into the content area at the bottom of a page.

    Currently, the only workaround is for users to manually add spacing in the source code (if they know how) or contact the support team to make the adjustment on their behalf.

    It would be much more user-friendly to have a dedicated option in the EDIT menu, or another accessible method that allows users to easily add space to the bottom of the page.

  8. Please add shared news functionality to the premium predesigned templates.

    We have a lot of interest in this design option from smaller MATs and the lack of this feature (and lack of multi-pin maps) holds us back.

  9. Adding thumbnails for articles is not easy. Please improve the method used to crop and show a thumbnail attached to an article.

  10. The customer has noticed that the option to share news stories on other platforms still has the old Twitter icon.

    Is it possible to update this on future developments to the new X icon for Twitter?

  11. A feature that allows us to track our website compliance information (not sure document/policies) so we can be more proactive with our compliance.

    This could be expanded out to allow for all aspects of school compliance such as health and safety, GDPR, finance etc.

  12. Responsive View is located under the WEBSITE tab.

    It is used to see what a page might look like on different screen sizes depending on the type of device you are using to view the website, such as a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. It also includes the orientation, such as mobile portrait or landscape, etc.

    The majority of parents use mobile phones, so this feature is great for schools that are creating pages and want to see how a page would look on a mobile device.

  13. When editing items within any of the Custom forms under WEBSITE > Custom Data, the pencil icon that appears on the right-hand side of the items does not function.

    This can be confusing for users, as clicking the icon does not do anything, and it may not be immediately obvious that clicking on the title of the item is necessary to access the page where the item can be edited.

    The pencil (edit) icon should redirect users to the page where they can edit the selected item.

  14. Text within the CMS can be quite difficult to read as it's grey text on a grey background.

    Please can the ability to change the accessibility options within the CMS for an admin user be added, or the text colours changed to make it easier to read.
