Create an undo button on the newsletter builder
Give an option to undo on the newsletter builder - Extremely restrictive and not having a presence of the undo button on the newsletter means that when a mistake is made you have to starts all over again which can be really time consuming.

Component Tab - Newsletter
I have a school that has a main school homepage and a homepage for their sixth form with separate sitemaps. They would like to use the newsletter builder to create newsletters for their school and sixth form and pull those on to corresponding pages in these areas. The component newsletter currently pulls all newsletter onto a page so will pull all main school and sixth form. There is currently no way to select that main school newsletters appear on main school page only and sixth form appears on sixth form page only.

Image sizing on the newsletter builder
Newsletter Builder - You can't make the image size to whatever you want, can only make it centre or full width which is extremely restrictive and due to this makes the newsletter length really long because you cant reduce the images properly.

Tracking Newsletter Link Clicks
We would like to be able to see how many people are clicking on the various links within the newsletters we send to parents. This way we can track which content is of interest to them.

Data driven newsletter sections
Provide functionality that allows you to build segmented newsletters. So, you write one newsletter containing information for each year group, you tag the information (either with Year group, Key Stage, Whole School for example) and then it automatically sends the relevant segment in the newsletter to parents depending on the data tag.

Improve image options for newsletters
I have a few suggestions for the Newsletter. I have been using it just shy of a year now and I have found quite a few restrictions with the programme. Here are some things that I think would help:
Images - the functionality of putting images into text isn't very user friendly, it would be great to create collages of pictures, have an easier way to have them sit within the text and even have borders that make them stand out a bit more. With all pictures, it would be great to have a line underneath if you want to…
