When adding registers in Manage, Office registers and want to multi edit, is it possible to default to todays date rather than a range and have range as an option?. Its not often you need to multi edit anything other than the current day. Thank you

Adding new pupils - Can adding the class and year group to a new pupil go into where you create a pupil rather than having to do this seperately in groups ? and also sibling is having to be added as a contact to appear as sibling.

Doctors Information
Please can you look into how you put on doctors practice information. At the moment it seems to be put under contacts, but these are not really contacts for the child. We don't always know which doctor is assigned to the child, sometimes just the doctors practice. None of the information I had on Pupil Asset for doctors has come across to Juniper. It makes sense to go under the Medical tab on the pupils record, Edit and then use a drop down list to select the relevant doctors practice.

Can we allow searching by address and telephone number as we could under PA ? This is useful for checking pupils on same street or finding out who called on mised calls. Thanks

Reports - Ability to select just a few pupils for reports i.e. need contact details of parents for a few pupils .
At present, the only way to get this information is to download to an excel document and pick out the pupils you want. Could it be possible to just select the pupils to want in the first place for the report.

Setting up Contacts on a Pupil Records
When filling in details of a new contact, I notice that if you use the tab key to input the information in the boxes it skips from Forename down to Phone instead of going from Forename and then across to Surname, then back down to Phone and across to email. Which would be the obvious way of filling in the boxes. Please can this be change for ease of use.
Also, When completing the relationship box, please can these be put in alphabetical order to make finding them easier.

Comms hub - Is it possible to make sending messages simpler and not show all groups ?
We more often than not want to send to one family or one class and seeing all groups makes it quite muddled to look at.

Contacts - Add an able to collect child option & report for teachers
Could you add a way to create "pick up lists" reports for class teachers from the data within the MIS? It would be useful to be able to specify who can pick a child up in an emergency (such as a grandparent picking up a sick child) or who is allowed to pick up at the end of the school day (such as an older sibling or friends parent) as well as year 6 children who can walk home by themselves. Currently there is no option for this.

Being able to correlate pupils' pattern of attendance with progress and attainment on Juniper MIS
Jane McKenzie Downs had a conversation with a school using Insight and they were able to easily see the pupils' pattern of attendance (e.g. in the subject of Writing - block, parts of each writing unit) and could see a correlation.

Add Destination School to Multi-Edit Options
Adding the destination school (as well as leaving date) to the Multi-Edit options, would make it significantly easier to bulk edit year 6 leavers (as well as nursery/infant school leavers) at the end of the school year.

Minimalist View Setting
When viewing a pupil record and possibly on other pages would help with ease of use if a user could select to suppress fields that don't have data in while making it easy to toggle on/off

Allow half hour blocks for meal cut off
The "staff lunch choosing cut-off" option currently only allows for 1 hour intervals. It would be beneficial to some schools to have this as 30 minute intervals rather than 1 hour.

Being able to select multiple year groups in the achievement summary
Currently when a school run an achievement summary we can only run it for one year at a time. It would be helpful to be able to run for multiple year groups at once.

Contacts Search Tool
At present you can search by contact name but I think you probably need to be able to search by student name (I know you can do this in the pupil record but I think it makes sense to do it here too so you can see all contact details in list?
Do you also need a notes, history or similar field for parents so that a school can make comments to come back to? "EG - Mrs Smith attended a parents evening and was abusive to a member of staff, or made a complaint about XYZ. This has been…

1 - In Multi school the Icon is on the Omni bar please could it be the same here.
2 - Could we also pick up a conversation using SSO so when it sends them to Zendesk it logs them in to see contextual support and open request.1 vote
