we have found that on rollover the house groups do not roll over. this is very frustrating as our children remain in their house thorughout their school time. It means we now have to recreate them and individually add each child again. Please can this be added to rollover as its a considerable waste of time to recreate.

Showing full list of pupils - not just first 10
When you first go on a page there are only 10 children showing and you have to click at the bottom to select All. This is very annoying because you very rarely need only a few pupils, especially when doing a report. Please can this be removed and All pupils to be shown at all times.

Pupil Data collection sheet
Please could the Pupil Data collection sheet not include Pupil's address, email address and mobile number. We already have parent contact details and if the pupil details are removed it means we can print out on one sheet. Saves 96 sheets of paper for our school!

Can there be a filter in comms hub to show messages sent to a particular email - pupil asset used to have messages listed against the child.
This was so helpful in conversations with parents who claim not to have had an email/text. We could go into the system and see when they opended and read an email and they were stored under the individual pupil too.
Does the seperation of comms from MIS mean this is not likely to be possible ?

No longer seems to be a tick box for Ever 6.
With the expansion of FSM, there is no longer a tick box for Ever 6. We have a student who is no longer eligible for FSM, but who will still be eligible for Ever 6.

We need to be able to see a child's age, not just their DOB. Can this be added?
On a child's record we need to see their age, not just their DOB. I know you can add the age column when looking at a list, but it would be good to see it in the child's record.

Allergy Information
On PA we were able to print out a list of children in the whole school and the food allergies that they have. This is not available in Juniper MIS it just comes up as 1.Allergy. The only way to obtain further info is to select the individual child.

Clearer tick boxes
A lot of the tick boxes, throughout Juniper MIS are hard to see, the boxes on the Roll Up screens are impossible to see and I had to get support to show me where they were! Please increase the colour density of the boxes, throughout the system. Thank you

Adding new pupils - Can adding the class and year group to a new pupil go into where you create a pupil rather than having to do this seperately in groups ? and also sibling is having to be added as a contact to appear as sibling.

I see the attendance reports/certificates are now colour coded, which is great as they are much easier to read, however the Emergency Evacuation Register (Fire Register) is still showing in black and white. Is it possible for this to be colour coded also, as it would make identifying those absent a lot easier in an emergency?

parents evening - job share
You cannot allocate more than 1 staff member to parents evening to a class where there is a job share role. (Or to be able to allocate staff to days or sessions for a class)

Move Save button to the bottom of the screen
When users complete an edit form, the Save button should be placed at the bottom of the page, after all editable fields.

Pupil List - Houses
Can the column 'House' be added to the column list on class group ?
We need to advise teachers which House their pupils are in on a per class basis

Delete for admin/full edit roles
Can admin users/full edit role users please get access to deleting staff records etc where they have been added in error?

Siblings List
We would like a report to show current pupils and their siblings on role with classes of both to assist with school photos to make sure that we capture all family pictures.
When we are printing sibling lists from pupil list - it shows siblings as a column choice but not sibling class as an option. Currently it shows over 1000 pupils which is confusing !
The contact - all sibling report does not have the filter for class to be added and again lists those that have left too and those that are just contacts and not…

Class lists - whole school
When we are downloading whole school lists (currently checking all siblings) it will only download the max of the filter ie 100 names. There is no all filter to select to allow a download of all at once. we have to do 100 at a time - can all be added ?1 vote -
Doctors Information
Please can you look into how you put on doctors practice information. At the moment it seems to be put under contacts, but these are not really contacts for the child. We don't always know which doctor is assigned to the child, sometimes just the doctors practice. None of the information I had on Pupil Asset for doctors has come across to Juniper. It makes sense to go under the Medical tab on the pupils record, Edit and then use a drop down list to select the relevant doctors practice.

When pulling information for pupils using columns, eg young carers - is it possible to have a selection for those identified rather than having to download all and then sort via excel ?

Can the title of a contact please be able to be added at the time you create them and not have to go back and edit it later to add a title eg Mr, Dr etc

All parent contact information to be seen from the Pupil Record Page
Only 1 contact number of parents is shown on the Pupil Record Page in the purple box. To find additional numbers you have to go into contacts and then into the individual parent. It would be helpful if all contact numbers could be viewed from the pupil page when there is one.
