Allow school to amend parents evening slots after booking window closes
Once parents evening booking window closes, school cannot administer bookings by amending (at parent request or to facilitate teacher changes) or booking in a parent who missed the window. This is a huge backwards step from the Primary Site version we used previously.
Spoke to help desk today who said we could view and amend, however the system allows us to "book" a slot but it only changes to reserved status, and the confirm/save button to make the change has disappeared after booking window closed. Multi Image block
Allow an image title to show without the need to click when added through the multi image block. Currently you have to click to see any title that has been assigned to the image. It would be useful if titles can show as a standard.

Governor Secure Area
When Governors are on the website and in the secure area, they do not need editing functions. They have to click 'preview' to access any documents, which is an unnecessary step. Could they just have access to the page and documents, not editing functions?

change colour of the background
When viewing the newsletter through Juniper software after it is published, the background at the top is a purple colour, it would be great if we could change this colour to our trust or school colours. Just to make it look more visually appealing and on brand.

Parents Evening Booking - Being able to view which parent has booked and who will be attending -
We have completed our first parents evening using new to us juniper booking system - Lesson learned is that is would be better if we could view which parent has booked and plans attend -this would help manage safety and security for colleagues especially if we need to put risk management processes in place for certain attendees.

Currently there is no way for schools to see which parent has booked a slot for parents evening. This is particularly problematic for schools dealing with court orders in place to prevent parents seeing one another.

Would it be possible to add text to a calendar page.
Would it be possible to add text to a calendar page. With information regarding adding a public google calendar to personal calendars and also noting that it is a live calendar and subject to change . Also weekly timetable of things not on the calendar e.g. instrumental lessons

Popup Locations
The current functionality allows the pop-up box to appear on only one home page. However, our use case would benefit greatly from having the pop-up box visible across all three home pages to ensure consistency and visibility for all users.
In addition, it would be highly valuable to have the option to select where the pop-up box appears—allowing more flexibility in choosing the specific pages or locations where it is most effective.

Maintenance mode
Have the ability to put the site into maintenance mode or a queue for changes so that you can publish all changes at the same time.

Chatbox 'hide' button hard to see
When a customer is logged into the site, they have access to a help bot and a chatbox for support.
However, on some sites, the 'hide' button for when the customer is done is very hard to see. This is particularly noticable on pre-designs that have a black footer, especially if the customer's site is using a dark colour as their primary colour.
This would be a lot more visible for accessibility if there was a white circle around the dark purple 'hide' button, and would make it a lot easier for customers to find.5 votes -

Could we have the ability to allow the staff profiles page layout on multiple pages without having to duplicate the custom form with the developers? A lot of my customers would like to have profiles for staff and then governors on separate pages and have asked for the same layout for consistency purposes.

Video integration to newsfeeds on home page (currently if a post has any motion in it, it doesn't show at all)
Newsfeeds do not pick up any posts with video (even displayed as a static image).

Tracking User Engagement for a Secure Area
A user has suggested the following feature for a secure area:
They would like administrators to be able to see what content users have accessed within a specific Secure Area for example, which videos or resources have been viewed, and when.
This would help schools better understand engagement with the materials provided and ensure staff are making use of the available resources.

Option to Add an Additional Column to Existing Columns
Currently, adding an additional column to an existing set of columns requires users to manually edit the source code or recreate the layout using a different column option from the template menu (one that includes additional columns).
This can be time-consuming, particularly when users need to copy content from the existing columns into a newly inserted set of columns. Additionally, users who are not familiar with editing code may find it difficult to make these changes manually.

Option to add item prices to checklist field values in forms
It would be helpful if checklist fields in forms allowed each item to have an individual price assigned.
This would mean that when a visitor selects multiple items from the checklist, the total cost is automatically calculated based on their selections.
If form payments are enabled, the visitor could then be charged the correct amount at the point of submission.
