Ability to change the friendly URL on a new location
Some users want to keep their original page, such as www.schoolname.co.uk/Information/Prospectus, but also create a simpler, dedicated URL like www.schoolname.co.uk/Prospectus for promotional or advertising purposes.
If they create two separate pages, they can have two separate URLs with different friendly names, but this would require them to manually update both pages whenever content needs changing.
They want to keep both the original page and the promotional URL active, so that any updates made to the original page are automatically reflected on the simpler, promotional URL as well, without needing a redirect.
Although setting up a redirect from www.schoolname.co.uk/Prospectus to …

Broken Links Report/Software
Customers have been asking if there is a way to view broken links on our websites. Any way to pull a report or integrate any software would benefit us - this is also linked to stats. Certain stats pull through onto the dashboard and refer to broken links on their website but we have no way of showing these.

Create an undo button on the newsletter builder
Give an option to undo on the newsletter builder - Extremely restrictive and not having a presence of the undo button on the newsletter means that when a mistake is made you have to starts all over again which can be really time consuming.

Image sizing on the newsletter builder
Newsletter Builder - You can't make the image size to whatever you want, can only make it centre or full width which is extremely restrictive and due to this makes the newsletter length really long because you cant reduce the images properly.

Add in workflow for the MAT dashboard compliance page
As the MAT dashboard shows the content that is due for renewal, it would be good to include a overview of the actions taken on upcoming content that is due for renewal.
It could have stages assigned to the piece of content to indicate where it is in the process of being updated.

The ability to publish drafts on set days/times
It would be helpful to allow users to set a publish date for drafts, so that a draft can automatically replace an existing page on a specified date and time.
This would be especially useful for users who prefer not to archive a page/item, but instead want it to be updated/replaced with their new draft at a set date or time.

Option to delete empty calendar categories
It would be useful if administrators had the ability to delete calendar categories, similar to superusers.
Currently, only superusers can delete categories, even though administrators can see the delete option.
Allowing administrators to delete categories that do not contain any events would save them from having to contact support for help.
Additionally, when a superuser tries to delete a category that has events, a notification pops up saying the category cannot be removed.
It would be helpful if within this notification it allowed both superusers and administrators to see which events are in the category and move them to another…

Option to Add or Remove Line Spacing between each line of text
It would be useful if users could add or remove line spacing between lines of text in the content area of a page, similar to the options available in Microsoft Word.
In Word, you can highlight text, select the 'Line and Paragraph Spacing' option under the Home tab, and then choose 'Remove Space After Paragraph'.
When you copy this text from Word and paste it into the content area of the website using SHIFT + CTRL + V, the lines of text will not have any spaces between them.
The HTML source will look like this:
<p> </p>
<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm">example…

Dynamic calendar view
When a calendar is on month view (or any view) can we add a feature whereby the calendar view starts on the present day so users do not need to scroll all the way to the current day when viewing events. This will enable site visitors to see relevant events only showing from the present day onwards.

Automatically share content to social media on publish date
Currently, users have the option to set publish dates for items such as pages, articles, and blog posts that are in draft, ensuring they are automatically published on the selected date.
Additionally, users can use the 'Share' option under the EDIT menu to share these items to social media, with the option to 'Confirm external post' when saving the page.
I propose enhancing this functionality in two key ways.
First, the 'Share' option should be expanded to allow users to share content simultaneously across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Users should have the ability to…

Ability to set character/word limits on Text boxes within Forms
We have received requests to add a either a character or word limit to a Textbox in a form. This feature would be useful, as currently, we must manually add the code to enable this whenever we receive such a request.

Tracking changes for approval
Hi,
It would be good to be able to see changes that a user has made when they send a page for approval to be published.
At present if I view a page that is pending approval, I cannot see what changes were made. Thanks, James7 votes -

Responsive View - Display current page by default
Responsive View is located under the WEBSITE tab.
It is used to see what a page might look like on different screen sizes depending on the type of device you are using to view the website, such as a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. It also includes the orientation, such as mobile portrait or landscape, etc.
The majority of parents use mobile phones, so this feature is great for schools that are creating pages and want to see how a page would look on a mobile device.
Currently, when you go to Responsive View, it will show you what…
