Display "page owner" and "page locked by" information
When editing a school website it is not clear as to which pages are created and locked for editing by The Trust - can a system be added in edit mode to identify the owner of the page.

Ability to resize File Manager content to be able to clearly see each file's thumbnail
It is very difficult to clearly see an image, especially if it contains a number of people as there is no option to resize Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large, much like Windows File Explorer

Altering Text Colours to make them easier to read - Accessibility issues
Text within the CMS can be quite difficult to read as it's grey text on a grey background.
Please can the ability to change the accessibility options within the CMS for an admin user be added, or the text colours changed to make it easier to read.

Tracking Newsletter Link Clicks
We would like to be able to see how many people are clicking on the various links within the newsletters we send to parents. This way we can track which content is of interest to them.

Tagging photos for GDPR identification
Can the site allow for the school to apply a reference number to photos so that should a pupil withdraw consent, the school can use the identifier to take down the photo(s) of that child? Rather than relying on local knowledge to identify a pupil.

It would be helpful to be able to search the Sitemap. Ours for example, is quite long now, and sometimes difficult to locate something.

Enable User Permissions in "File Manager"
A typical multi-user system workflow may include multiple users with the same role(s) being able to work on the same content - which (for a website) may include a webpage with simple text or image anchored links to a document (e.g. PDF) that has been previously uploaded into the file storage area of the Website.
Currently it appears that non-Admin users can only "see" their own personal "File Manager" storage area - so any content that they pre-upload and link to, is only stored in their personal area; someone else who may need to make certain changes will not be…2 votes
