The ability to archive and set a publish date for all types of items

Currently only certain items have the option to archive or set a publish date.

For example here are some items which do not have this option:

Photo Gallery
Calendar
News Category
Form

These are the items that can be archived and have a set publish date:

- Page
- Album
- Article
- Post

These are the items that currently do not have this feature:

- Photo Gallery
- Form
- News Category
- Blog Category
- Course Category
- Course
- Calendar
- Forum
- Topic
- Survey
- Poll
