  2. A school have asked for the ability to see contextual data within this report. They need to be able to compare PP with Non PP etc As well as other contextual groups.

  4. It would be extremely helpful to be able to print the assessment and test score data. as PDFs or to download them into Excels so the data can be edited and shared more easily.

  5. It would save a huge amount of time if targets for the end of Summer 2 could be automatically bulk filled based on the children's end of previous summer 2 assessments, making an assumption of expected progress. This would mean only tweaking those few children who are expected to make slower or accelerated progress, rather than having to enter each one manually.

  6. We have some children working on the Sandwell skills ladders, which come before the National Curriculum objectives. Previously, these were displayed as P Levels and helped track the children's progress. At the moment, there is just the Engagement model, which could be broken down further to be like the skills ladders EM Building concepts, EM Level 1, EM Level 2 and EM Level 3.
    I would really appreciate it if we could have these options please, because oherwise we would have no way to record this. Thankyou so much!!

  7. In Target Tracker there was a curriculum planner report so that subject leaders could easily see what the objectives are in each band for their subject. This helps to check coverage of the curriculum in the school. Sonar Tracker does not have this feature which makes it difficult for subject leaders to have a clear document detailing the band statements.

  9. Would it be possible to create a single overarching report to support our pupil progress meetings? Ideally, this report would bring together the following key elements:

    Primary Age-Related Overview (with summary)
    Primary VENN
    Primary Age-Related Progress
    Test Scores (including MTC Check and Phonics Screening Check)
    Pupil Flight Path
    I’ve copied and pasted an example into a document to illustrate what I mean. Please let me know if this is feasible or if you'd like to discuss further.

  10. This is a feature request for users with swap school access to be able to select their default school eg. if they have access to an Infant and a Junior school their default login could be for the Junior. It could work like the preference settings of year group and class that they can do on an individual school.

  14. The Venn diagram report is dreadful. It is over too many pages, the names over lap and it doesnt print well. the previous report on O'Track was excellent. i dont understand why you have changed a report that was so good. Tracking those pupil who are at in all subjects is critical. I'm so disappointed in the whole Sonar system, but this report id just dreadful!

  16. It would be useful to be able to have an overall figure for the number of children making expected progress or accelerated progress - as a cumulative function.
    Currently, the Summative Progress Analysis provides the figures but these need to be added up to calculate cumulative.
    The Conversion Matrix has cumulative but only for each starting point, it doesn't show in the KPIs, so again needs manually adding up.

  18. Accept and import files which begin with the school's DfE number regardless of what the destination chosen is.

    When a CTF is created, a destination is chosen; either a school, the LA or the NAA (for statutory returns). Users regularly upload these files to Sonar not understanding that with a filename like 0010115_CTF001LLLL they will not be processed. This leads to frustration for the customer and time lost waiting for a file to import that never will and contacting the support team for assistance. If the destination didn't matter, more files would import first time.

  19. TT allowed users to display highlighted objectives ordered by the relevant TAF standard, rather than the year group/band. This allowed teachers to spot gaps and enter judgements. This would be useful for KS1, KS2 and for EYFS ELG assessment.

  20. Is there was a way to add the = or - numbers that you see on the target analysis report to the summative progress analysis report?

    This would at least show a numerical indicator of progress which would help steps/linear schools?

    So a child working below ARE for Year 4 - they would have +2 as gone from 3JA to 3Above. Better than just saying 'expected progress' when in fact she has improved.

    I guess one big issue would be the code model the school has (number of codes within ARE)
