  1. Since the recent update of Sonar, the Switch Schools function is less easy to use. Although users can click on their profile and scroll through the list of schools that they have access to, this is not easy and there is no way to search as there used to be. For large MATs this is a problem - could we have it back please?

  2. We need a way to filter this report to see data for particular classes at a time, as you can with other reports. Schools with a combination of Mainstream and SEND pupils need this for reporting purposes.

  3. I suggest a really useful addition to Early Years observations would be to be able to link age related expectations suggested by the development matters framework, as this will inform assessment, and will then be able to be exported as evidence.

  4. School's would like to track the inputting of data for formative assessment on a Monthly rather than Termly basis. It is interesting for SLT to be able to track when children are achieving objectives and sometimes this can change multiple times over a half term.

  5. Schools would like to be able to select the Terms they wish to assess and only see those in the summative Assessment/Scores and in reports Eg. Autumn End, Spring End, Summer End

  6. Option to remove Sig Below and Sig Above from Reports. Some schools do not want to include these children / keep them on a separate report.

    This would also be useful in the Summative Progress Analysis - would give a more accurate measure, as those out of year who haven't made progress (eg. Yr4, moving from 3at to 2at) wouldn't be included as Expected Progress, being still sig below

  7. As a numerical measures test scores should be able to be sorted in numerical order - currently the only options are by pupil name/year group, not helpful for any form of analysis/overall picture.

  8. This is a fantastic report. However it includes those children that are JUST AT - the yellows and includes them in GLD %. Surely it would be more realistic to just include the securely 'Expected'?

  9. REAch2 currently track projections within OTrack (as distinct from targets). They use an extra 'term' to record these projections. They appear on reports such as the in-year attainment overview and allow heads and MAT leaders to see the proportion of children projected to meet age-related expectations.

    They also record end of year targets separately in OTrack, separate from projections.

  10. We would like to have all of our assessment and journals/observations on one platform. It would be really helpful and a way to save money if this was able to be done on the same platform. We are currently able to write journals/observations for EYFS children and have their parents view and comments on these and at the end of the academic year these are downloaded and shared with parents. This is a feature that I think is imperative.

  11. In Target Reports, you cannot filter by Target given or Assessment given, or even by progress measure. This would be so helpful, to filter out just the -1 progress or Bs, for example.

  12. Change the format of data entry for Salford Reading Age so that the age in months is inputted the same way as age in years. To input the months you simply select the required number, but to select the year you choose from a scrolling choice of numbers. This scrolls past where you need it to then you need to click manually through each individual number to get back to where you need to be. It is overly time consuming and frustrating.

  13. Alloow the qualification matching page to be cloned, as the majority are the same course and qualification. This is editable so it would make the set up for a year group so much easier. Currently doing the year 12 and the courses are almost (bar 2 out of 30) the same.

  15. It would be really helpful to have a report that would show overall summative data (%ARE+) for each year group all on 1 page (one for each subject).

    The columns would be:
    end of phase (FS or KS1), previous summer, aut, spr sum, target

    The rows would be:
    Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6

    Even better if this could be further subdivided into classe:
    Class A Y1, Class AY2, Class B Y1, Class B Y2 etc..

  17. Lefthand menu to be able to collapse to the side or when zoom in page to shrink to just the icons as before. This will give users more space on the main screen to do assessments and reports, especially when looking at the analysis tab the working space becomes quite narrow and you have to scroll across a fair bit to see the columns. Thanks

  18. Schools are able to have their own formative curriculum added to Primary or EYFS in a wide range of subjects. This flexibility allows (eg) a separate SEN curriculum to be added.
    In Primary, these subjects can be given a Summative judgement too but this isn't possible in EYFS as subjects can only be the 7 or 17 subjects in Development Matters. As the vast majority of reports are based on Summative judgements, this is unhelpful for EYFS.

  19. At the moment you can tag areas of the EYFS curriculum but it would be really helpful if you could also tag what COEL the children are developing in their observation too.
