Custom Groups to be Excluded from Reports
When school creates their own Group they would like to be able to run a report and not only filter for the group as they can currently but to exclude that group from the rest of the children. This can be done in OTrack

Single pupil filter
It would be useful to be able to select an individual child when looking at reports. This would be especially helpful for EYFS settings who cannot use the Single Pupil Overview. Although this can be done by creating a group with a single child in, this isn't practical for large numbers of pupils.

Allow users to add their own school tests to 'other curriculum subjects'
It would be helpful if the main admin of the school could add/edit their own school tests to 'other curriculum subjects'. This would allow schools to add, remove and reorder as required without having to email.

Attainment and Progress Summary Report
Former OTrack customers often ask for a Sonar version of the Attainment and Progress Summary which had 3 subjects and a combined column on one page. This report is a Termly context Group report and for each subject it shows the attainment percentages for Below, At & Above next to the Termly Target (progress) %'s Below, At, Above. The Termly Targets can be changed to Progress from Previous Summer for those who don't use Targets. It is often used for progress meetings and governors.

Option for report PDFs in portrait instead of landscape
It would be helpful to have report PDFs in portrait and not just landscape. This could make the length of reports shorter and easier to read.

Subject overview report to show
Would be great if the subject overview would show end of previous year (Summer) in the % summary at the bottom. It shows term on term which is really useful but this time of year you need to see summer comparison. It lets you display summer at pupil level but does not show summer % at bottom.

Increase character limit for target objectives pulled through to reports
Currently the character limit for an objective to be able to pull through to parent reports is 140. If the objective is above this limit then that objective will not appear on reports. Please can the character limit be increased so that there are more objectives that can be included in reports, not just the shorter ones.

It would be good to see the % as well as the count for an easier to visualise comparison between groups.

Can't currently set targets into next academic year - this would be useful for teachers leaving and handing over into the new year.

CTF import
Accept and import files which begin with the school's DfE number regardless of what the destination chosen is.
When a CTF is created, a destination is chosen; either a school, the LA or the NAA (for statutory returns). Users regularly upload these files to Sonar not understanding that with a filename like 0010115_CTF001LLLL they will not be processed. This leads to frustration for the customer and time lost waiting for a file to import that never will and contacting the support team for assistance. If the destination didn't matter, more files would import first time.

Use highlighted objectives to make TAF judgements
TT allowed users to display highlighted objectives ordered by the relevant TAF standard, rather than the year group/band. This allowed teachers to spot gaps and enter judgements. This would be useful for KS1, KS2 and for EYFS ELG assessment.

Allow Test Score Thresholds to be amended within the test scores report itself.
At present it is only possible to explore data within the test report in any detail by amending the threshold scores in the whole school setting sections. The test scores report in the original Target Tracker was far more flexible as it allowed you to set thresholds for below, above etc within the report itself - much quicker and much more flexible.

Report for Governors
A way to share with Governors R/W/M attainment of all year groups, for boys. girls, PP, SEN etc in a concise report.
Currently this means creating the ARO Report for a year group with the summary and export to pdf = 3 pages. Filter for another year group and export = 3 pages. This results in an 18 page report with EYFS still to do. It would also be helpful if we could choose which groups to include in the summary and be able to separate year groups once viewing the summary version of the report. Being able to create…
