  2. It would be really helpful to have a report that would show overall summative data (%ARE+) for each year group all on 1 page (one for each subject).

    The columns would be:
    end of phase (FS or KS1), previous summer, aut, spr sum, target

    The rows would be:
    Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6

    Even better if this could be further subdivided into classe:
    Class A Y1, Class AY2, Class B Y1, Class B Y2 etc..

  4. Lefthand menu to be able to collapse to the side or when zoom in page to shrink to just the icons as before. This will give users more space on the main screen to do assessments and reports, especially when looking at the analysis tab the working space becomes quite narrow and you have to scroll across a fair bit to see the columns. Thanks

  5. Schools are able to have their own formative curriculum added to Primary or EYFS in a wide range of subjects. This flexibility allows (eg) a separate SEN curriculum to be added.
    In Primary, these subjects can be given a Summative judgement too but this isn't possible in EYFS as subjects can only be the 7 or 17 subjects in Development Matters. As the vast majority of reports are based on Summative judgements, this is unhelpful for EYFS.

  6. Current templates have too much information for an interim report. An adaptable template which includes; an overview of attendance, attainment, progress and does not have teacher comments would be great and save a lot of time.

    We would also like to be able to name the document and add our school logo. This would have a huge impact on teacher workload.

  7. I would like the reports feature to be easier to use and easier to adapt and create our own reports. I have used insight previously which was so easy to create my own tables, charts and reports for any groups etc. I would love this feature to be easier to use on Sonar. I also would like to click on a pupil can see their most recent data as well as all the contextual information - I know you can do a single pupil report but in the pupils area it would be great if when you filtered it you…

  8. Can we relabel 'Primary Formative' and 'Primary Summative' in recognition of the non-primary settings we have in Sonar? A number of schools have mentioned this to me, eg Marland Residential School, who are using KS3 in Sonar and the staff are finding it confusing.

  9. In OTrack when selecting the School Icon users can then drill down to see names in each of the Contextual Groups in the Pupils Box ie Pupil Premium. Users would like this facility in Sonar.

  10. The new analysis tab is great. When you hit print screen it actually prints really well, however for a Trust who may want to print the screen for each school there is no name or log on it so have to physically write on. I know this only a small cosmetic thing but would be really useful.

  11. The academic year rollover is currently completed at the end of August, however some schools (particularly international) return earlier in August. Meaning their academic year starts before the rollover has happened. Would it be possible to complete future rollovers earlier in August.

  13. On both EYFS and KS1 data we have found that once a single teacher enters their own class info and saves it, it then has to be an administrator that adds the remaining info for the other class. It will not allow another teacher to go in and add their info. Is there an option that can allow this ?

  14. KS1 Summary data Screen. For the KS1 data summary screen it would be really useful just to have TAs on this screen. It is unclear what things are in there at the moment. Depending on what has been entered it can actually show a mixture of Scores and TAs? Fewer columns, clearer headings, just TAs would be great.

  16. A single, downloadable to Excel, report that enables you to view test scores against your summative teacher assessment using data stored in the Subject Overview report.

  17. Ethnicity should be an option in summary view so that different groups attainment and progress can be tracked.

    Some reports have the option to filter which is good, but this is different. I can also see it is in the characteristic attainment overview.

    If there was an option for ethnicity to be added into the summary view of many of the charts then all of the data for different groups would be in one place and could be easily compared to one another.

    Currently there is no way to look at progress data for ethnicity and to compare it.

  18. EAL/English proficiency is collected from Arbor and uploaded into Sonar,we would like to see the 4 classifications (Basic, Intermediate, Fluent, none) in Arbor so that we can track progress with reading/writing with changes in levels of English proficiency.

  19. Primary Summative Assessments have recently been updated. Previously, I was able to arrange the students alphabetically by their forename; however, following the new update, this is no longer an option. Adding this feature back really helps and saves time when entering the data.

  20. In Sonar Tracker, under Primary Formative, the choice of changing the options when the objectives are clicked. Something along the lines of met and not met, met being green and not met being red.
