  1. Ability to sort by surname not forename in reports. I am so surprised this functionality is not already there. In order of forename is simply not practical in year groups with 90 children. There is not even the workaround to export to excel as it is PDF only.

  2. Currently the character limit for an objective to be able to pull through to parent reports is 140. If the objective is above this limit then that objective will not appear on reports. Please can the character limit be increased so that there are more objectives that can be included in reports, not just the shorter ones.

  3. The effective assessment function is great for saving workload but does not give school leaders an indication that a teachers' assessment has been completed.
    A option to confirm all judgements are finalised for the term (similar perhaps to the TT PITA function) or even just a tick box to say it is done could be a really useful tool to save leaders time checking with staff.

  4. To be able to choose what to regard as 'At'. Schools that use our default code model where Just At and At are treated as At in this report would find it useful to be able to show securely at and above only, either as a comparison or instead of including Just At.

    The Venn Report allows the metric to be changed so something similar here would be useful.

  5. School suggestion to have a table report that gives the current term attainment for all subjects.

    It would look similar to the data entry screen, but easier to see everything on one page - plus exportable if required

  6. To be able to filter pupils based on prior statutory attainment. For example to be able to filter by which children achieved GLD, passed the Phonics check etc.
    It is useful for schools to be able to track these key groups through the school.
    This can only be done currently by making a pupil group which is static and time-consuming to create and manage.

  7. In Target Reports, you cannot filter by Target given or Assessment given, or even by progress measure. This would be so helpful, to filter out just the -1 progress or Bs, for example.

  8. Change the format of data entry for Salford Reading Age so that the age in months is inputted the same way as age in years. To input the months you simply select the required number, but to select the year you choose from a scrolling choice of numbers. This scrolls past where you need it to then you need to click manually through each individual number to get back to where you need to be. It is overly time consuming and frustrating.

  10. It would be useful to be able to sort/rank progress in reports - this would allow schools to quickly and easily identify which pupils are making the least (or most) progress instead of needing to scroll through a list and pick them out.
    Even better if it were possible to filter for just those making below expected progress.

  11. Alloow the qualification matching page to be cloned, as the majority are the same course and qualification. This is editable so it would make the set up for a year group so much easier. Currently doing the year 12 and the courses are almost (bar 2 out of 30) the same.

  12. At the moment, we are tracking book bands by putting them in as test scores in Reading. Is it possible that a specific book band tracker is put in. We only update them half-termly overall.

  14. To be able to print the summative report so that all the areas of learning are along the top columns and the children's names are down the first column. This would allow practitioners to track pupils' GLD more easily.
    AT the moment only the first five areas are shown on the PDF

  15. When a school has alot of mobility they need an easy way to exclude particular children from a report. Sometimes using entry date works well but for children that leave and come back, this is not useful as the original admission date is recorded in Sonar, rather than the restored date.
    In OTRack and TT there is an easy quick way to filter a report and exclude 3/4 pupils (and swap selection is useful here too).

  19. Schools are able to have their own formative curriculum added to Primary or EYFS in a wide range of subjects. This flexibility allows (eg) a separate SEN curriculum to be added.
    In Primary, these subjects can be given a Summative judgement too but this isn't possible in EYFS as subjects can only be the 7 or 17 subjects in Development Matters. As the vast majority of reports are based on Summative judgements, this is unhelpful for EYFS.
