Subject Overview Display Options Button
Options to 1) select R, W, M together 2) separate year groups - as you can in OTrack's 'In Year Attainment Overview'.
Feedback from school migration meeting - 'why is there no display options button on the Subject Overview? I like to choose the Core subjects and then split into six year groups - this is all in one report -'In Year Attainment'- in OTrack. Drop down lists in Sonar
When selecting the subjects for the EYFS Age Related overview, it has a default setting of 3 subjects - to add additional subjects, you cannot click multiple ones when the drop down list is open - the list closes after each subject is selected.
In the Primary Age Related overview, when using the filters to add classes, again the drop down list closes after each selection.1 vote -
Interim Report Template
Current templates have too much information for an interim report. An adaptable template which includes; an overview of attendance, attainment, progress and does not have teacher comments would be great and save a lot of time.
We would also like to be able to name the document and add our school logo. This would have a huge impact on teacher workload.2 votes -

Gap analysis
This option on Target Tracker was invaluable for subject leaders and showed gaps in learning, thus identifying areas to be addressed

Run an EYFS formative report that just shows 4-5 data and not 4-5 plus ELG data
It would be useful to run an EYFS formative report that just shows 4-5 data and not 4-5 plus ELG data. For example, when I look at PSED data, it shows me it for 22 objectives which would be 4-5 plus ELG whereas I just want to look at the 13 PSED objectives in 4-5 range.

Sharing Bookmarks
Being able to make bookmarks visible to other users, or ability to download these as a link / share internally through Sonar with other staff

Custom Groups to be Excluded from Reports
When school creates their own Group they would like to be able to run a report and not only filter for the group as they can currently but to exclude that group from the rest of the children. This can be done in OTrack

Edit Summary View
In Target Tracker, it was an option to edit wha tyou want to see in the summary view. At the minute there is a lot of informaiton and it would be good to select which to get rid of (For example, we dont need to see any of the 'NOT' categories.
Also the Sig below and Sig Above columns are empty - so it would be good to get rid of those.

School Feedback - ownership over reports
I would like the reports feature to be easier to use and easier to adapt and create our own reports. I have used insight previously which was so easy to create my own tables, charts and reports for any groups etc. I would love this feature to be easier to use on Sonar. I also would like to click on a pupil can see their most recent data as well as all the contextual information - I know you can do a single pupil report but in the pupils area it would be great if when you filtered it you…

Relabelling 'Primary'
Can we relabel 'Primary Formative' and 'Primary Summative' in recognition of the non-primary settings we have in Sonar? A number of schools have mentioned this to me, eg Marland Residential School, who are using KS3 in Sonar and the staff are finding it confusing.

End of Reception Outcomes - names
Display Options should include 'names' so that all pupil names can be added to the report for downloading/printing. At the moment, it's only possible to see pupil names by clicking on each individual cell

School Icon Drill Down
In OTrack when selecting the School Icon users can then drill down to see names in each of the Contextual Groups in the Pupils Box ie Pupil Premium. Users would like this facility in Sonar.

Usage Data
To ensure that time spent using Sonar is purposeful and useful, I want to be able to see how much time my staff are spending Sonar and what they are doing so that I can assess whether this is time well spent.

Analysis Tab - School Name or Logo when printed
The new analysis tab is great. When you hit print screen it actually prints really well, however for a Trust who may want to print the screen for each school there is no name or log on it so have to physically write on. I know this only a small cosmetic thing but would be really useful.

Total Column in Test Scores Section
Schools who have additional columns such as SATS Maths Paper 1 and Paper 2 would like to have a Total column which works out the total automatically (total column can be currently added but they have to manually work out the total at the moment)/

Single pupil filter
It would be useful to be able to select an individual child when looking at reports. This would be especially helpful for EYFS settings who cannot use the Single Pupil Overview. Although this can be done by creating a group with a single child in, this isn't practical for large numbers of pupils.

Complete the academic year rollover earlier in August
The academic year rollover is currently completed at the end of August, however some schools (particularly international) return earlier in August. Meaning their academic year starts before the rollover has happened. Would it be possible to complete future rollovers earlier in August.

Data Entry Check Report
As a senior leader I would like a report that tells me which staff have yet to complete their assessments for the term. This would need to take into account pre-filled Effective Assessment entries.

Attendance by Term
Would be useful to be able to see attendance per term on the pupil overview, rather than to date. Schools report on attendance to parents and governors per term.
