Comms Tools - Re sending messages
Would be good to be able to "Resend" an email/Text/App message again. Some users may not receive the message due to errors etc.
To be able to just "resend to all" or "Resend to Error/pending" recipients after the fact would be a massive help.
Currently when something is sent in the app there is no way to re send if an error shows. A new app message but be created and sent. I believe the same is for email/SMS too.

Allow replies from parents to Juniper emails to be received into the school inbox
Parents often reply directly to an email sent not necessarily checking who they are responding to. However, those emails sent via Juniper and responded to by parents aren't automatically sent back to the school office. In Pupil Asset emails that parents responded to were automatically redirected to the office email.

Do not send duplicate messages where a message run includes pupils who share contacts.
When sending messages, the system should not send a unique message more than once to any contact.
At the moment if a message run contains two pupils that share a contact (siblings for example) the system will send one message for every pupil selected.1 vote -
A 'Select All' within a Time Frame for Approval of Observations
A school would like to send all observations at the End of Each Term. They intend to make frequent observations but leave them unapproved in Comms Hub and at the end of term would like a Select All for that Term to send them on mass

Newsletter publishing options to protect students' identity
When I send the school newsletter to parents via the newsletter builder, it publishes them online, i.e. at the top of the newsletter there is a line added by default saying "Trouble viewing this email? View it online" and linking to the newsletter in a web browser.
Due to the different permissions given by parents some students are allowed to be in the newsletter but not online ie. not on our website or found by a Google search.
Can you create the functionality to turn off default online publishing?

Report absence to school - detailed reason for absence
It would be very useful to have a "required information" box added to absence reporting, for parents to give a detailed explanation for the absence. It is a Welsh Government requirement that we take a detailed explanation of sickness - this information is used to track outbreaks of notifiable diseases, to carry out risk assessments for pregnant members of staff if there is a report of an illness that could affect the health of the foetus, and to help track patterns of persistent absence.

Notifications to see who has received and read messages that have been sent out
Notifications to see who has received and read messages that have been sent out.
It would be great to be able to see if a parent has read a message that has been sent. I often send messages and wonder if parents have seen it. Unless parents react or comment their is no way of know if it has been seen or not.

Would it be possible to manually add staff to classes on Juniper awards as we were able to on MarvellousMe. We have cover staff and ELSA's that are not assigned to classes on our MIS but we would like them to be able to send messages, badges etc?

Email Signitures
Schools would like the ability to add default text to the bottom of all outgoing emails.
This feature could be used for email signatures, standard disclaimers, or reminders such as “Please do not reply to this email.”
While we are aware that email templates are available, the ability to apply a default signature or footer automatically to all emails would be more practical and efficient.

Easier way to see which parents have signed up
Please can you make it easier to see which parents have signed up to the parent app? Currently, you have to click on each child to see if they have signed up - it is a time consuming process when their are 300+ children in a school. MarvellousMe had an easy way of checking. Thank you.

It would be much easier if we had the option to add staff and students to classes manually via the app.
It would be much easier if we could add staff and students to classes manually via the app if needed. We would like to add our TA's to some classes but we do not want to add them to the registers on Arbor. Also some of our children access our enhance provision unit (SEN) and spend a small amount of time in class. It would be great if we could add children to two classes as this can not be done via Arbor, children can only be in one class.

As a parent, I would really like to have a way to reach my child if needed
I've had an idea for quite some time that I wanted to share, but I hadn’t fully thought it through until now.
My daughter is in 3rd grade, and as a parent, what I really miss is having a way to stay connected with her during the day.
Let me try to explain briefly...She’s at school every day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and at 1 p.m. I bring her lunch—just like many other parents—because she’s quite picky, and the food there isn’t great.
However, there are a few days in the year when something comes up and…
