Do not send duplicate messages where a message run includes pupils who share contacts.
When sending messages, the system should not send a unique message more than once to any contact.
At the moment if a message run contains two pupils that share a contact (siblings for example) the system will send one message for every pupil selected.

We have some parents with 3 or 4 children in our school. Whole school emails mean they are receiving 3 or 4 emails at a time. Presumably the same applies to texts for which we are charged!
