  1. Currently, a user can add one attachment/image to an activity in MarvellousMe and file size is restricted to 20MB. If a customer would like to send multiple images of an activity, this is not currently possible and needs to be sent over multiple messages. Customers would like to be able to add more than one attachment to an activity.

  2. When using the Parents evening booking system can we have the ability to create multiple bookings per priority contact.

    Some children have parents/guardians who need to come to the parents evening separately . This would be good to be able to assign a child several bookings.

  3. It would greatly enhance the user experience if, upon booking a slot, parents immediately received a confirmation email. This email should serve to reassure them that their booking has been successfully made, while also providing details such as the date and time of the booking.

    This measure would not only confirm the reservation to the parent but also sets the expectation that they should receive an email upon successfully saving their booking. Implementing this feature can effectively mitigate potential issues where a parent reserves a slot but overlooks the step of saving the booking to confirm it.

  4. When you set the close date for your parents evening block, and this comes around - there is currently no way to reopen. This would be really useful if there become additional times available, if dates change or if a number of parents haven't been able to book on already.

  5. Giving schools the ability to choose the time of release for Parents' evening booking rather than just a date. Currently, the bookings are open from the date set but schools would schools prefer to add a time as well as a date.

  6. When a parent reserves their slot, sometimes there is a confusion between when a slot has been 'reserved' and 'booked', as some parents think that when a slot has been reserved that this is the same as it being booked.

    To prevent any confusion it would be useful to include the following to the "reserved for 10 mins" notice:

    "In order to confirm your booking please press the 'Save' button."

    If a parent does not click the 'save' button then another parent can take that slot.

  8. When setting up a parents evening event, it would be helpful for the school to be able to see the parent's view of the event/have a 'test' parent account so that they can check everything from a parent perspective before making the event live.

  11. The school app allows communications to go to P1 only, but we have been requesting since we signed up with the website, the functionality of emailing priority 1 parents, and not everyone on a child's' contact list every time we send info out

  13. Videos added to websites, such as on a page or news article, do not display in the Mobile App.

    Currently, this feature does not exist within the Mobile App as we do not have a video player to facilitate it.

    However, incorporating this feature would be beneficial to schools that encourage parents to view the website via the mobile app as it would provide them with a true representation of what the website pages actually look like.

  14. Schools have mentioned that when parents log in and navigate to this section to book slots, currently the text 'BOOK THIS SLOT' is only visible upon hovering the cursor over it, which is feasible only on desktops.

    However, the majority of parents access the website using mobile devices, where hovering is not possible due to the absence of a cursor. Consequently, they are unable to see this important wording.

    It would be beneficial to ensure that the text is always visible on both desktop and mobile interfaces for accessibility reasons.

  15. Currently if a parent changes their telephone number we have to remember to reactivate their new telephone number once it has updated in Sims. Has any consideration been made to automating this please as it is reliant on us remembering to do something a few days after we have been notified.

  16. Is there any way that parents can retrieve their original booking email (with the 'cancel booking' link) from the website or I can reissue it if they are not able to find it? They often claim that they don't have it and therefore can't make cancellations themselves and I don't get a copy of the link.

  17. Is it possible to change the email address that course booking emails come from? At the moment the email address is hard coded and it would be good if the emails could could come from the school email address rather than an e4education email account.

  20. When a parent makes a cancellation, please can the administrator be sent an email confirming the refund amount required eithe via paypal or CCV.
