Ability to insert space underneath a row of columns

Option for administrators to impersonate other users
It would be useful for administrators to have the option to impersonate other users.
This feature would be particularly helpful when an administrator has configured specific permissions or access for another user. By impersonating that user, the administrator can verify that the permissions are functioning as expected and that the user can edit the designated areas of the website.
Additionally, this capability would enable administrators to impersonate parents, allowing them to view the Parent Portal or Parents' Evening Booking as a parent would. This can help troubleshoot any issues a parent may be experiencing, allowing the administrator to provide assistance.

Making the 'Submit Post' Option Clear for Social Media Sharing
When sharing to social media, users who have set up sharing options can generate a post, but the submission process isn’t clear.
To submit, users must go to EDIT > 'Save and publish this item'.
It would be helpful to either add a share or submit post button in the share dialogue or include a note explaining how to submit the post.

Help button and chat box in the way of file manager and expanded pages.
Being able to hide the "Get Help" button when editing pages as it constantly gets in the way. Could it be added to the "Toolbar" at the top instead of floating on top of the page?

Tracking User Engagement for a Secure Area
A user has suggested the following feature for a secure area:
They would like administrators to be able to see what content users have accessed within a specific Secure Area for example, which videos or resources have been viewed, and when.
This would help schools better understand engagement with the materials provided and ensure staff are making use of the available resources.

Option to Add an Additional Column to Existing Columns
Currently, adding an additional column to an existing set of columns requires users to manually edit the source code or recreate the layout using a different column option from the template menu (one that includes additional columns).
This can be time-consuming, particularly when users need to copy content from the existing columns into a newly inserted set of columns. Additionally, users who are not familiar with editing code may find it difficult to make these changes manually.

It would be beneficial for users to have the ability to customise their Calendar page.

Option to add ALT text to Button links
It would be useful to provide users with the option to add Alt tags to button links that are inserted into a page from the Templates menu, as the button title alone may not always give enough context about its function.
This is especially important for buttons that contain vague text.

Option to show or hide social share links
At the bottom of news articles, there are social media icons that allow users or visitors to quickly share the article on various platforms.
This feature makes it easier for users or visitors to share links directly to their social accounts by opening the selected platform and allowing for post customisation.
For many, this can be faster than manually copying the link and navigating to the sharing option within the platform.

Option to edit 'Vertical alignment' within EDIT menu
Currently, you only have the option to edit the 'horizontal alignment' of text within the table cells from the EDIT menu, with options like 'Left,' 'Centre,' 'Right,' and 'Justify.'
It would be useful if, when you select text inside a table cell, the 'Vertical Alignment' option also appeared on the EDIT menu. This would allow you to align the text to 'Top,' 'Middle,' 'Bottom,' or 'Baseline.'
In tables, this functionality is not easy to find. You have to right-click on the cell, select Cell > Cell Properties, and then choose the desired alignment from the 'Vertical Alignment' drop-down menu.

Option to right-click and delete Templates inserted into a page
It would be helpful to have an option to right-click on inserted templates, such as button links, accordions, or link boxes, columns or Styled Tables to make them easier to remove.
Currently, removing these items can be a bit tricky, as users need to select the correct area and use specific keyboard shortcuts.
We often receive queries from users who are unsure how to remove templates from their pages.
