To show the maximum file size allowed when trying to upload a file
When you upload a file and it is too large, you see a message stating "file size error", it would be handy for users to know what the maximum file size is so they can resize/compress accordingly.

Published date to show within news articles & blog posts
Currently, the published date for news articles appears on the News Category page (typically titled 'Latest news'), where an overview of all articles is displayed.
However, once users click into an individual article via the 'Read More' link, the date is not shown within the article itself.
Adding the published date at the top of each article perhaps just below the heading would make it clear when the information was posted.
This would be especially helpful if older articles appear in search engine results, as users could quickly assess whether the content is outdated.
The same improvement could be applied…

'Custom forms cannot be edited in the admin bar'
This message is present within the EDIT menu when a user is within a Custom form under WEBSITE > Custom Data.
While this message is technically correct, it is confusing for users.
Instead of simply stating that this cannot be edited within the admin bar, we could consider a more user-friendly prompt encouraging users to scroll down the page to access the editing options for the custom form they are currently using.
We do often get queries regarding this message, so it would be beneficial for this to be addressed.

Empowering Users with Form Data Control
Ensuring data integrity and user satisfaction is paramount. Currently, while users can restore deleted forms, the form data itself is lost permanently, posing a risk of accidental data loss. To address this, I propose enhancing the Instant Restore feature to include form data recovery, ensuring both the form and its data are retrievable within 30 days of deletion.
By implementing this enhancement, we provide a crucial safeguard against accidental deletions, protecting important user data. Additionally, for users who require immediate data deletion for compliance reasons, we propose adding an option within Instant Restore to permanently delete form data. This ensures…

Ability to set character/word limits on Text boxes within Forms
We have received requests to add a either a character or word limit to a Textbox in a form. This feature would be useful, as currently, we must manually add the code to enable this whenever we receive such a request.

Have a 'Browse Server' option within iFrames
Having this option will allow you to quickly embed a PDF document into a page, instead of having to use the Link icon on the EDIT menu to first find the relevant hyperlink and then have to go onto iFrames to add it into URL bar.

For the Facebook feed components to better reflect how this looks on Facebook
When adding a Facebook feed component, this adds a blue box with just the text used. You're not able to click any links that are included, no graphics pull through, etc and it looks very plain. It would be great, and more professional looking, if this could look more as it does on the actual Facebook post.

The ability to rename slideshow folders to match the page name, instead of a number.
When adding images for a slideshow, you currently have to upload them into a numbered folder. It would be great if the folder could reflect the page name instead as this would be really useful, in helping to easily identify the page a folder relates to.

Option to Add or Remove Line Spacing between each line of text
It would be useful if users could add or remove line spacing between lines of text in the content area of a page, similar to the options available in Microsoft Word.
In Word, you can highlight text, select the 'Line and Paragraph Spacing' option under the Home tab, and then choose 'Remove Space After Paragraph'.
When you copy this text from Word and paste it into the content area of the website using SHIFT + CTRL + V, the lines of text will not have any spaces between them.
The HTML source will look like this:
<p> </p>
<p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm">example…

Add new letters to the top of the list rather than the bottom
We put every letter sent home to parents on the website but the new ones go to the bottom of the list rather than the top which doesn't seem to make sense. I would expect that they would display with the newest first. Could this at least be added as an option if not the norm?

add shared news to premium predesigned templates
Please add shared news functionality to the premium predesigned templates.
We have a lot of interest in this design option from smaller MATs and the lack of this feature (and lack of multi-pin maps) holds us back.
