1. New Newsletters Page

   On the new version of the newsletters page that has been created, you do not have the option to sort the attachments, or even drag and drop to reorder them. Therefore if they have added themselves in the wrong order, you have to delete them all out and then add them one by one.

   please can it be fixed so it works how the previous newsltters page worked, including the drag and drop and the sort options.

2. Photo album pagination

   Is it possible to add the following code to page.setup.asp to enable the photo album pagination option to be displayed on all albums within a site?

   Mason.Site.setConf "gallery_pages", True

   At the moment, this is something that is being manually added if / when requested, but it would be handy to have this functionality added for all sites

3. Multi Image block

   Allow an image title to show without the need to click when added through the multi image block. Currently you have to click to see any title that has been assigned to the image. It would be useful if titles can show as a standard.

4. Restore Parents Evening

   Ability to restore a deleted Booking that was deleted accidently within the CMS.

   Alternatively, to be able to re open a closed PEB booking. Once they are closed we are unable to make any further edits or add in any new bookings.

5. Confirmation of Deletion

   When using the PEB system it is very easy to click on the "delete" icon when it is so close to the "view" button. This means weeks of bookings can be removed in an instant with no way to retrieve this within the website CMS.

   Can we make it so when we click the trash can icon, it comes up with a big confirmation message.

6. Allow school to amend parents evening slots after booking window closes

   Once parents evening booking window closes, school cannot administer bookings by amending (at parent request or to facilitate teacher changes) or booking in a parent who missed the window. This is a huge backwards step from the Primary Site version we used previously.

   Spoke to help desk today who said we could view and amend, however the system allows us to "book" a slot but it only changes to reserved status, and the confirm/save button to make the change has disappeared after booking window closed. This is now misleading, as it looks like the change is possible, but it times out without being confirmed and so reverts to previous.

   We have lots of situations where we need to "manage" parents evening from an admin standpoint after the booking window closed for parents. Not having this facility is a huge gap as well as backwards from the supposedly lesser Primary Site functionality. Any changes now have to be printed off and handwritten amendments made, which if lost are gone forever.

   Can see this idea was suggested previously but declined - why would such a simple and useful enhancement not be actioned please?

7. Sub-page block appears blank and causes page preview to time out

   Summary

   There appears to be a reproducible issue with the sub-page block when editing a page in the CMS.

   When the page first opens in edit mode, the sub-page block appears to be missing or blank, even though it is still present. Attempting to preview the page while this block is present also causes the preview to load indefinitely.

   This is particularly confusing for general users and teachers, as it can appear that the block or its content has been deleted.

   Steps to reproduce
   Open a page containing a sub-page block in edit mode.
   When the page initially loads, the sub-page block appears blank.
   Double-click the blank area where the block should be.
   Make no changes and click OK.
   The sub-page block will then appear correctly in the editor.
   Double-click the block again.
   Remove any one of the listed sub-pages and click OK.
   The selected sub-page will disappear from the block in the editor.
   Attempt to preview the page before saving the draft.
   The preview will continue loading but will never display.
   Cancel the preview.
   The CMS will then remain on a loading screen indefinitely.
   To recover, navigate away from the page and reopen it.
   Expected behaviour

   The sub-page block should display correctly when the page first opens in edit mode.

   After making changes, users should be able to preview the page before saving so they can confirm that the changes look correct.

   Actual behaviour

   The block initially appears blank, despite still being present.

   After editing the block, the preview does not load and leaves the CMS stuck on a permanent loading screen.

   Additional information

   If the sub-page block is removed entirely, the page preview works correctly. The issue therefore appears to be specifically related to the sub-page block.

   The problem is consistently reproducible and could cause users to believe that the block is missing or that content has been deleted.

8. No Photos on Meet the Senior Leadership Team

   While schools have traditionally used photographs and videos to celebrate learning and engage families, the risk landscape has changed significantly. Advances in AI now mean that publicly available images of pupils can be copied and manipulated, creating safeguarding risks including misuse, blackmail, distress to pupils and families, and reputational harm to schools.

   In light of this, schools are strongly encouraged to review their current practice around publishing pupil-identifiable imagery (e.g. images where faces or identifying details are visible) on websites and social media.

   This also strecheds to staff and the 'Meet the Senior LEadership Team page Had Photo's linked to Names and short bios. I have removed the photos but the page looks very bare. My feature request is for us to have a list of names with the find out more button still, but no need for a Photo above.

    We would like the CMS to support Google Tag Manager (GTM) tracking for successful form submissions, either through dataLayer events, success callbacks, identifiable form events, or thank you page tracking.
    This functionality is increasingly important for organisations using GA4 and digital advertising platforms to accurately measure website performance and conversions.
    Without the ability to track completed enquiries/forms, organisations are unable to:
    • Measure true conversion performance across campaigns
    • Understand which marketing channels generate meaningful enquiries
    • Optimise advertising spend effectively
    • Report accurately on ROI and lead generation
    • Improve user journeys and website performance using behavioural insights
    • Build better audience data for remarketing and future campaigns
    Providing a standardised, CMS-supported method of form conversion tracking would significantly improve analytics capability for all clients using the platform, without requiring bespoke development on individual sites.

11. Booking Confirmation Email

    Send a booking confirmation email when a parent has booked their preferred timeslot.

    This gives peace of mind to the parent, reduces the odds of a parent checking with the school 'just in case', and may also trigger the event to be added to a parent's calendar automatically (depending on their phone / calendar settings).

    The email should also link to where a parent can manage their own booking (cancel / amend).

    This is to replicate functionality that was available in Primarysite for migrating customers, and to enhance the platform for all users.

12. 'Login with JoinUp' Button - Adding to Website Settings Menu

    For schools that haven't signed-up to 'JoinUp' (Communicate upgrade) it would be good to have the option to disable the button on the logon pages. This could go under 'Website -> Settings -> Website Settings'.

13. Allow Parents' Evening appointment times to be set to go live at a set time as well as a future date.

    On the previous website we had with Primary site, we were able to set a future date and time for when Parents' Evening bookings would go live.
    On the Juniper site we can only set a date.
    This is problematic for parents as many are not able to access the bookings if they are at work (hospital staff, warehouse staff etc).
    We would prefer to have this option available as we had it on our previous website.
    And we were told before we transferred to Juniper that all the current systems would be the same

14. Password reset wording

    When someone resets their password via the login screen, there is no wording to confirm that they should receive an email containing a link to allow them to reset their password.

    This might give the impression that the password reset request was unsuccessful.

    It might be worth displaying text advising the person in question to check their emails for the password reset link

15. User Files - Enlargement

    Within the File Manager / User Files would be really helpful if you could quickly see the thumbnails by hovering over the file or just clicking on the file. If you zoom the page unfortunately you still can't see the document as too pixelated. Only way is to download but this just takes a long time if you have several documents to check.

    Currently there is no way for schools to see which parent has booked a slot for parents evening. This is particularly problematic for schools dealing with court orders in place to prevent parents seeing one another.

18. Latest News Feed on Home page should contain items published by date order irrespective of category

    I have discovered that on our website, 21 items can feed through to the Home page Latest News section. 8 spaces are allowed for actual Latest News articles, 5 for Newsletters and 8 for Facebook posts. This means that when news article number 9 is published, it pushes the earliest article off but leaves older newsletters or FB posts in situ. This is very restrictive and in my opinion, makes little sense.

    Surely the heading 'Latest News' means just that, irrespective of the format we publish it in?

    Often, articles are published that add more detail to a FB post that has gone out a few days before. Once that article reaches no 9, it disappears off the feed, though the FB page with the initial details may well hang about much, much longer. The same with newsletters, not every school publishes them weekly. They could remain on the feed for months, so hardly latest news.

    I suggest that the number of items pushed through to the Home page remains the same but they should be there by date, irrespective of whether its an article, newsletter or FB post. Having a set category number is unnecessary. New one published in, oldest one out. The option to click for more news articles, newsletters and FB posts remain to enable the visitor to the site to find what they need of that particular category.
