Once parents evening booking window closes, school cannot administer bookings by amending (at parent request or to facilitate teacher changes) or booking in a parent who missed the window. This is a huge backwards step from the Primary Site version we used previously.

Spoke to help desk today who said we could view and amend, however the system allows us to "book" a slot but it only changes to reserved status, and the confirm/save button to make the change has disappeared after booking window closed. This is now misleading, as it looks like the change is possible, but it times out without being confirmed and so reverts to previous.

We have lots of situations where we need to "manage" parents evening from an admin standpoint after the booking window closed for parents. Not having this facility is a huge gap as well as backwards from the supposedly lesser Primary Site functionality. Any changes now have to be printed off and handwritten amendments made, which if lost are gone forever.

Can see this idea was suggested previously but declined - why would such a simple and useful enhancement not be actioned please?
