Ability to drill into the MAT dashboard reports to view the content highlighted
When you are in the MAT dashboard area, I can see the quantity of pages and documents that are due but I cannot click to see which they are.
I can view the pages and document in date order but it would be good to view this from the number in the headline data.

Parents Evening Booking: Option to book slots after booking window closed
To enhance flexibility, staff should be able to book slots for parents after the Parents' Evening booking window closes.
This accommodates parents who missed the initial booking period.
While we could allow schools to extend the booking window, some schools may prefer to restrict booking access, either by reserving slots for specific parents or enabling selected parents to book.

Responsive View - Display current page by default
Responsive View is located under the WEBSITE tab.
It is used to see what a page might look like on different screen sizes depending on the type of device you are using to view the website, such as a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. It also includes the orientation, such as mobile portrait or landscape, etc.
The majority of parents use mobile phones, so this feature is great for schools that are creating pages and want to see how a page would look on a mobile device.
Currently, when you go to Responsive View, it will show you what…

Calendar time crop
Be able to cropthe time of the day and week view of the calendar as a setting so that useless times aren't shown (e.g. just within school hours rather than midnight-midnight). However, if events happen to be put outside this crop, they are still shown (crop one-off adjusted to show) rather than not displaying.

Shared Link Thumbnails for Brand Representation
Currently, when website pages are shared as links on social media platforms or messaging apps, the thumbnail that appears often defaults to a generic image, such as the website logo or an unrelated image. This may not accurately represent the content of the page or effectively attract viewers' attention.
It would be useful to implement a feature that allows website administrators to designate a specific image to serve as the thumbnail when pages are shared, giving administrators control over how their content appears on social media platforms.
Alternatively, it may be beneficial to look into the possibility of allowing the…

Ability to bulk download album photos
While it's generally recommended to store original copies of files locally on users' computers, incorporating a feature to bulk download album photos would be beneficial.
This functionality becomes especially valuable when users need to quickly retrieve misplaced files. Currently, the absence of a bulk download option results in a time-consuming process of downloading images individually.

'Send Admin Email' to be mandatory
When creating a form, part of the set up usually involves going into the settings and checking the box titled 'Send Admin Email' and then filling in the email address that you would like form submissions to be sent to.
Regrettably, there have been instances where schools have overlooked this step when setting up forms such as 'Contact Us,' inadvertently resulting in the absence of receiving email notifications for form submissions. This oversight can lead to unawareness of visitor inquiries, as emails are not received.
Given the critical importance of receiving such communications for schools, it is imperative to mandate…

'Field for User Email' too small
In the Form Settings, accessible from the EDIT menu, implementing a drop-down list for choosing the email address field would be more user friendly, as the current box makes it challenging to see the available options due to it being so small (short).
Additionally, if the user checks the 'Send User Email' option, it should be mandatory for them to select one of these options within the 'Field for User Email' section. This requirement is crucial, as overlooking it will result in the email not being sent to whoever submitted the form.

Instant Restore Timer
In Instant Restore, it would be beneficial to include a note indicating that items within this section are only available for restoration for 30 days. Additionally, integrating a timer to display when these items are scheduled for deletion would be useful.

It's not immediately apparent to users that they need to click into the content area for the Preview button to appear. Therefore, it would enhance user experience if the Preview button were visible at all times.

Calendar Events - Synced vs Manually added
It would greatly improve user experience if events synchronized from external calendars were secured to prevent editing within the website calendar. Editing such events on the website can lead to inconsistencies and issues, and ideally, they should be managed centrally within their respective external calendars.
Additionally, it would be useful if synchronised events were clearly distinguished from manually added ones in the calendar. For instance, when logged into the website synced events could be marked with a padlock icon when viewed on the website calendar, so that users are able to identify how certain events have been added.
This would…

Location of the 'Having trouble Logging in?' text
When a user needs to reset their password, it can be challenging to notice the 'Having trouble logging in?' text.
This is especially true if it's against a white background (as the text is white) or if the bottom of their viewing window cuts off just after the bottom of the dialogue box, as t's not immediately apparent that this link will be located below the dialogue box.
To enhance visibility, it might be better to incorporate this wording directly into the dialogue box itself, using black text for clarity.
Moreover, consider changing the wording to something more explicit, like…

Pencil(edit) icon to work as expected
When editing items within any of the Custom forms under WEBSITE > Custom Data, the pencil icon that appears on the right-hand side of the items does not function.
This can be confusing for users, as clicking the icon does not do anything, and it may not be immediately obvious that clicking on the title of the item is necessary to access the page where the item can be edited.
The pencil (edit) icon should redirect users to the page where they can edit the selected item.
