EAL view on Statutory Analysis
Include EAL as a filter for the Statutory Dashboard (Analysis section) on Sonar.

projection
REAch2 currently track projections within OTrack (as distinct from targets). They use an extra 'term' to record these projections. They appear on reports such as the in-year attainment overview and allow heads and MAT leaders to see the proportion of children projected to meet age-related expectations.
They also record end of year targets separately in OTrack, separate from projections.

Formative assessment report for interventions
We were wondering if sonar can generate any reports around which children haven't met particular formative statements yet, as this would be useful for interventions. For example, any children who were red on a particular formative statement (like adding 3 one digit numbers) would be shown on a report displaying information for all the year group's classes. Then we could run an intervention to plug that gap for those specific children.

Percentage of targets
We must be able to see percentage of children targeted for 'at' in each class/year group. we expect teachers to set % targets so how can we monitor this?

Add historical summative data and test scores
To be able to historical enter summative Teacher Assessments and Test Scores. Currently can only add for current and previous academic year. Sometimes useful to add earlier data eg if no KS data or data not transferred in migration.

Alphabetical surnames Reports
Ability to sort by surname not forename in reports. I am so surprised this functionality is not already there. In order of forename is simply not practical in year groups with 90 children. There is not even the workaround to export to excel as it is PDF only.

Prior attainment filter
To be able to filter pupils based on prior statutory attainment. For example to be able to filter by which children achieved GLD, passed the Phonics check etc.
It is useful for schools to be able to track these key groups through the school.
This can only be done currently by making a pupil group which is static and time-consuming to create and manage.16 votesMoved to Under Review.

Increase character limit for target objectives pulled through to reports
Currently the character limit for an objective to be able to pull through to parent reports is 140. If the objective is above this limit then that objective will not appear on reports. Please can the character limit be increased so that there are more objectives that can be included in reports, not just the shorter ones.

Assessment complete
The effective assessment function is great for saving workload but does not give school leaders an indication that a teachers' assessment has been completed.
A option to confirm all judgements are finalised for the term (similar perhaps to the TT PITA function) or even just a tick box to say it is done could be a really useful tool to save leaders time checking with staff.8 votesThis idea is currently in the design phase and will be coming soon!

To be able to choose what to regard as 'At'. Schools that use our default code model where Just At and At are treated as At in this report would find it useful to be able to show securely at and above only, either as a comparison or instead of including Just At.
The Venn Report allows the metric to be changed so something similar here would be useful.

Attainment Snapshot Report
School suggestion to have a table report that gives the current term attainment for all subjects.
It would look similar to the data entry screen, but easier to see everything on one page - plus exportable if required

Primary age related overview amended to facilitate contextual by year group
In the primary age related overview report. It will only allow contextual information in summary view to be sorted by class and not year group when viewing whole school. Small schools having mixed aged classes need to access year group options.

Filter by target
In Target Reports, you cannot filter by Target given or Assessment given, or even by progress measure. This would be so helpful, to filter out just the -1 progress or Bs, for example.

Salford Reading Age Data entry
Change the format of data entry for Salford Reading Age so that the age in months is inputted the same way as age in years. To input the months you simply select the required number, but to select the year you choose from a scrolling choice of numbers. This scrolls past where you need it to then you need to click manually through each individual number to get back to where you need to be. It is overly time consuming and frustrating.

Test Scores for Nursery
Schools would like the ability to add Test Scores data for Nursery (eg Phonics) currently the options start from Reception

Rank by progress
It would be useful to be able to sort/rank progress in reports - this would allow schools to quickly and easily identify which pupils are making the least (or most) progress instead of needing to scroll through a list and pick them out.
Even better if it were possible to filter for just those making below expected progress.1 vote -
allow copying of matching page at each Key stage
Alloow the qualification matching page to be cloned, as the majority are the same course and qualification. This is editable so it would make the set up for a year group so much easier. Currently doing the year 12 and the courses are almost (bar 2 out of 30) the same.

Book bands
At the moment, we are tracking book bands by putting them in as test scores in Reading. Is it possible that a specific book band tracker is put in. We only update them half-termly overall.
