Give an indication of whether a CTF uploaded is successful or not
Schools often leave the import process not knowing whether this was successful and have no indication that it wasn't, leaving them to call us later frustrated as they feel they have already imported it and weren't made aware of an issue.

I just met with a school who use Arbor MIS and was unsuccessful in importing Stat data via CTF after multiple attempts and calls with helpdesk. He found the help file was detailed enough for specific process from Arbor and ended up entering Stat data directly into Sonar via Assess area. A more detailed help file for different MIS would be beneficial
