  1. Single Pupil Overview should show all subjects, not just 3 of these. With 3 subjects that isn't even the core subjects (Science is still a core subject).

    It would also be great if it showed some formative statements/objectives that the child has achieved and some they are working towards.

    Lastly, being able to print a class worth of these at a time, not 1 child's report only. - Workload!

  2. Some schools have mentioned that the parent reports would benefit from pulling across statutory data e.g. Reception reports being able to display their ELG data to report to parents.

  3. For schools that set end of year targets above pupils' current summative judgement, it would be useful to have a report showing this.
    For example 83% of Year 2 are targeted to achieve ARE by the end of Summer 2 as opposed to just seeing individual targets? This was something that Target Tracker did previously and is helpful in ensuring that targets set on Sonar align with targets identified in school improvement plans.

  4. Would it be possible to create a single overarching report to support our pupil progress meetings? Ideally, this report would bring together the following key elements:

    Primary Age-Related Overview (with summary)
    Primary VENN
    Primary Age-Related Progress
    Test Scores (including MTC Check and Phonics Screening Check)
    Pupil Flight Path
    I’ve copied and pasted an example into a document to illustrate what I mean. Please let me know if this is feasible or if you'd like to discuss further.

  5. Schools would like to be able to be able to change the date of an observation as they don't always get to type up the observations and add photos at the time, or on the same day they see them.

  6. We've lost the Individual Assessment Summary report feature from TT that we use for interim reports. The current parent report is not appropriate for us to use as you can't edit the title in the formatting stage, can't add the school logo and the objectives statements are not pulled through. Teachers will have to manually input information this year which is frustrating. Can a similar Individual Assessment Summary report be made available?

  7. Schools would like to be able to re-order their Formative Subjects to improve usability and consistency for staff. A content Editor like the one OTrack had would be ideal to allow schools to manage their own Formative content.

  8. At the moment the Teacher Comments, Headteacher Comments and Pupil Comments sections are included in the report template by default, even if you choose the basic grid version of the template. It would be helpful to have the option to include or exclude these sections when setting up the report template.

  9. A school have asked for the ability to see contextual data within this report. They need to be able to compare PP with Non PP etc As well as other contextual groups.

  12. Currently this just says 'Group' so teachers have to add this to the report, remembering what group was filtered for. Would be more useful if names of group was referenced.

  14. We have some children working on the Sandwell skills ladders, which come before the National Curriculum objectives. Previously, these were displayed as P Levels and helped track the children's progress. At the moment, there is just the Engagement model, which could be broken down further to be like the skills ladders EM Building concepts, EM Level 1, EM Level 2 and EM Level 3.
    I would really appreciate it if we could have these options please, because oherwise we would have no way to record this. Thankyou so much!!

  15. Accept and import files which begin with the school's DfE number regardless of what the destination chosen is.

    When a CTF is created, a destination is chosen; either a school, the LA or the NAA (for statutory returns). Users regularly upload these files to Sonar not understanding that with a filename like 0010115_CTF001LLLL they will not be processed. This leads to frustration for the customer and time lost waiting for a file to import that never will and contacting the support team for assistance. If the destination didn't matter, more files would import first time.

  16. This is a feature request for users with swap school access to be able to select their default school eg. if they have access to an Infant and a Junior school their default login could be for the Junior. It could work like the preference settings of year group and class that they can do on an individual school.

  18. It would be useful for the data entry screen in the test scores area to be colour coded according the school ARE settings. This would give a clear snapshot of pupil data.

  19. It would be useful to see a child's attendance record for their time in primary school as it was in Target Tracker. That is, each child in their year/class group with a percentage figure for each year. We could then filter below 90%.
    It would also be useful to be able to filter attendance by ethnicity and other groups. In Sonar, you can't see the names of who is in the SEN/EAL/disadvantaged group.

  20. It would be really useful to be able to see all aspects on the good level of development report instead of those only related to GLD The same features was available on on OTrack that allowed you to click and add all aspects.
