  1. A report that can be generated alongside the parent report to send out with statutory data on for individual children.
It would be useful if the report included their results and national averages for that year.

  2. The ability to see the progress that children are making between and throughout the year in tests is vital for schools that use this form of assessment.
OTrack's Scores, Pupil and Attainment and Progress, for example, shows an average score for a class or year group and the change in score for each pupil.
Being able to see both Summative Assessment and test score on one report would also be useful.

  4. Teachers would like to print reports of formative assessments made each term of the pupils - which objectives they have achieved, etc. using the colours. We used to have a report in Otrack called Depth of Knowledge by Group and Objective Assessment progress

  5. To be able to print the summative report so that all the areas of learning are along the top columns and the children's names are down the first column. This would allow practitioners to track pupils' GLD more easily.
AT the moment only the first five areas are shown on the PDF

  6. To be able to select a whole class at once to send to PDF and print rather than having to go out of the report and back in for each child, this is very time consuming.

  7. The ability to highlight pupils' names to identify them as (for example) PP, EAL, SEN etc.
This provides a quick and clear way to show how these key groups are distributed across attainment and progress tables. It is particularly effective when used without names for governors' reports.
We have this function in Target Tracker where names can be in bold, underlined or in italics.

  8. You should be able to drill down and see names included in % on Track or click on the same figure further down the report under Combined Subjects

  9. Create a report template that will print off all statements that have been achieved in each subject

Or possibly a report template that showed a few achieved objective from each strand and one target

  10. Ability to sort by surname not forename in reports. I am so surprised this functionality is not already there. In order of forename is simply not practical in year groups with 90 children. There is not even the workaround to export to excel as it is PDF only.

  12. The end of Key Stage report shows outcomes and standardised scores in bands. The Key Stage data screen shows outcomes and raw test scores.
We can't see precise standardised scores for pupils anywhere. As schools will use this to compare achievement and measure progress, it is important to know.
Could this be added into Sonar - either in the report or the entry screen?

  13. The Diminishing Differences report in Target Tracker helps schools to compare groups such as Core and Non-Core pupils, or those in an intervention group and all pupils, over multiple terms. This helps to show where the gap between these two groups is (hopefully) narrowing over the selected time.
Schools have found this useful and requested this is added to Sonar.

  14. The Subject Overview allows you to compare term by term, Summative Judgements, Test Scores or Ages. It would be really useful to be able to compare this year on year - perhaps a Reading Age test that is completed once a year.

  15. This report would be more useful if we were able to quickly and easily switch to another pupil without re-setting report. It is time consuming currently.
It would also be useful to be able to remove columns - for example if a school isn't using formative assessment - and to have an indication of progress. This would make it much more useful when sharing with parents.

  16. When school creates their own Group they would like to be able to run a report and not only filter for the group as they can currently but to exclude that group from the rest of the children. This can be done in OTrack

  17. It is often necessary to report (eg to governors) the numbers of children who are At ARE. Schools like to keep this simple, and in TT could merge the 'risk' and 'at' columns to do help with this.
This is already available in Sonar Multi School and would be very useful in Sonar.

  18. The Statutory Data box on the Single Pupil Overview report shows a pupil's phonics score in a green box if they passed. This is the same even if the pupil did the retake in Y2 which can be a little misleading to the overall picture for that pupil. Please could something be altered here (e.g. a different colour, a little number 2 added) so that schools know whether the score they are seeing is from Y1 or Y2.

  19. In Target Tracker, it was an option to edit wha tyou want to see in the summary view. At the minute there is a lot of informaiton and it would be good to select which to get rid of (For example, we dont need to see any of the 'NOT' categories.

Also the Sig below and Sig Above columns are empty - so it would be good to get rid of those.

  20. The new analysis tab is great. When you hit print screen it actually prints really well, however for a Trust who may want to print the screen for each school there is no name or log on it so have to physically write on. I know this only a small cosmetic thing but would be really useful.
