Facebook photo cropping
If you send a post to Facebook the way it crops the photo doesn't always work (so when your story arrives on Facebook heads are chopped off etc). So I have to set up the story again on Facebook.

Dynamic calendar view
When a calendar is on month view (or any view) can we add a feature whereby the calendar view starts on the present day so users do not need to scroll all the way to the current day when viewing events. This will enable site visitors to see relevant events only showing from the present day onwards.

The ability to see and move attachments from one page to another within Sitemap View
Having the ability to easily view which pages contain attachments, and being able to select multiple attachments, drag and drop them onto another page, would eliminate the need to download attachments from their current page and then re-upload them to another page.

Automatically share content to social media on publish date
Currently, users have the option to set publish dates for items such as pages, articles, and blog posts that are in draft, ensuring they are automatically published on the selected date.
Additionally, users can use the 'Share' option under the EDIT menu to share these items to social media, with the option to 'Confirm external post' when saving the page.
I propose enhancing this functionality in two key ways.
First, the 'Share' option should be expanded to allow users to share content simultaneously across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Users should have the ability to…

Cross-Page Anchor Tag Linking
When you create an anchor tag by clicking the flag icon under the EDIT menu and then link to it using the 'Link to anchor in the text' Link Type on the chain link icon, you can only see and link to anchor tags that were created on the current page.
It would be useful to have the option to select anchor tags from other pages, allowing you to create links that redirect to anchor tags on different pages.

If you are a MAT, when you are on a parent or child site it would be good to have a banner that identifies whether you are editing the parent or child site.

Form submission data
Currently, the school receives the form submission data in an email format and the parents can receive an email or the option to print the form data.
Schools have asked for the option to receive the form submission data, in the same format as the parents can do when printing the form submission data. (in a PDF file) This would help them file the data onto their MIS.2 votes -
Add in workflow for the MAT dashboard compliance page
As the MAT dashboard shows the content that is due for renewal, it would be good to include a overview of the actions taken on upcoming content that is due for renewal.
It could have stages assigned to the piece of content to indicate where it is in the process of being updated.

Find and replace images and text
Schools would like to be able to find images and or text across their site and remove or replace the content.
This would also be helpful for MATs across all their schools too.Examples:
School - image of a child is used that need to be removed, the CMS can currently remove the images completely but it does not offer a replace function.
MATs - a school name may change - they may want to find every place the school name is presented and replace with the new name.6 votes -

Deleting items or attachments
Sometimes users delete items such as pages by accident because it's not very clear how to delete attachments that display at the bottom of a page/item.
It might be worth implementing a safeguard, such as prompting users to type 'DELETE PAGE' when attempting to delete a page. This same approach could apply to other items, like 'DELETE CALENDAR' or 'DELETE ARTICLE.'
This would help users better understand what they're deleting and reduce the number of support calls or tickets. Unfortunately, not all users are aware of the Instant Restore option, and many may reach out for assistance in restoring deleted…

The customer has noticed that the option to share news stories on other platforms still has the old Twitter icon.
Is it possible to update this on future developments to the new X icon for Twitter?

Responsive View - Display current page by default
Responsive View is located under the WEBSITE tab.
It is used to see what a page might look like on different screen sizes depending on the type of device you are using to view the website, such as a mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. It also includes the orientation, such as mobile portrait or landscape, etc.
The majority of parents use mobile phones, so this feature is great for schools that are creating pages and want to see how a page would look on a mobile device.
Currently, when you go to Responsive View, it will show you what…

A function to show how many times a document has been downloaded and when
This would be extremely useful as it would allow schools to see which documents are being accessed by users and when as well as being an excellent indicator that there is a strong possibility that such as OFSTED are gathering details in preparation for an inspection.
