Calendar Events on List View amendments
School have requested that when an item is added onto the school calendar for example school holidays, if one event could show rather than an event for every day to make the list view smaller to allow parents to print this page from the website.

Handling of page content
Users can add as much content to a single page as they want to. This can result in the page becoming extremely slow, unable to load etc ? Is there something we can put in place to handle this better?

Improve Draft Functionality
Currently a user can save a draft of a page, however then no other user can edit this page without destroying the other users draft. Many teachers share class pages or home learning areas and need to update these at different times. Often users want to create / improve content over a sustained period of time whilst still updating the page day to day

Search Function Upgrade to show date published
Its really annoying when you use the search function on the website and have no way of knowing which of the results is the most recent version or update. This means that parents are often clicking on the wrong link and getting out of date information. It would be really helpful to add the date published to the search results so people can see when a news story or webpage was published and then be able to click the most recent one. This would make the search function far more valuable and help filter results. It would also be useful…

Display "page owner" and "page locked by" information
When editing a school website it is not clear as to which pages are created and locked for editing by The Trust - can a system be added in edit mode to identify the owner of the page.

Forms - Dynamic content
Mainly using our forms on our website for School Clubs. I am finding that you cannot filter options that have been entered/filled out in forms. For example, Linking Year Group option to lock specific clubs option outside of that group.

Make the SEO requirements mandatory on creating a new page
Under the edit screen is the 3 SEO requirements for every page, page title, meta keywords and meta descriptions. I think these should be mandatory for the creation of any new page as they are easily missed by content creators. Other CMS's do this and i feel it is good practice in any CMS

Altering Text Colours to make them easier to read - Accessibility issues
Text within the CMS can be quite difficult to read as it's grey text on a grey background.
Please can the ability to change the accessibility options within the CMS for an admin user be added, or the text colours changed to make it easier to read.

Tagging photos for GDPR identification
Can the site allow for the school to apply a reference number to photos so that should a pupil withdraw consent, the school can use the identifier to take down the photo(s) of that child? Rather than relying on local knowledge to identify a pupil.

Improve image options for newsletters
I have a few suggestions for the Newsletter. I have been using it just shy of a year now and I have found quite a few restrictions with the programme. Here are some things that I think would help:
Images - the functionality of putting images into text isn't very user friendly, it would be great to create collages of pictures, have an easier way to have them sit within the text and even have borders that make them stand out a bit more. Visibility of Incomplete Form Submissions
We currently have the ability to allow visitors who are completing a long form on our website to save their progress. They can then come back at a later date and complete the form. This works great. However, if the person does not complete the form, we never get to see this. We would like to be able to see incomplete entries as well.

Calendar file attachments from Office 365 sync source (worked on previous Exchange sync source)
With the exchange calendar sync we had file attachments showing on the website. Now we've upgraded to Office 365 mailboxes the 365 sync method does not pull attachments through to the website. This is really missed as we attach PDF letters to trips and events and they are now not showing.

Form - upload multiple files
Either enable the file upload field to allow multiple files to be uploaded (could possible have a setting of max files to upload?),
or have an additional field type "Multiple file upload" to enable this (rather than having to have multiple file upload fields on the same form).1 vote -
Text formatting and lines in forms
It would be useful to be able to make use of regular text formatting options, such as bold or underlined text and bullet points in a form.
It would also be useful to be able to add a line to visually separate different sections of the form.

Custom: In this section/sub-navigation menu
A client has asked if it would be possible to add a sub-menu into the in this section on specific pages that allows visitors to click onto a heading listed within this menu and for it to drop down a list of either just links to inner pages or un-clickable text that they can add to this drop-down.
