Retrieve or reissue club booking confirmation email
Is there any way that parents can retrieve their original booking email (with the 'cancel booking' link) from the website or I can reissue it if they are not able to find it? They often claim that they don't have it and therefore can't make cancellations themselves and I don't get a copy of the link.
