  1. Allowing live update of student classes and other key filter groups to give a more accurate assessment picture for teachers. Very real benefit for admins, as this area in particular takes a few minutes to download from MIS, manipulate via Excel Add In, and then import to Sisra. Over a year and 5-7 cohorts this would represent a significant time saving, and keep Sisra Analytics in line with competitors.

  2. It would be REALLY REALLY REALLY helpful if you could support having multiple tabs open in SISRA. Very frustrating that you can not when i am trying to look at analysis from various angles! Too time consuming to go in and out of multiple reports.

  3. Schools would find it beneficial to be able to compare headline figures across multiple cohorts, on the same page, at the same time. They would like to be able to view trend reports.

  4. The ability to publish all reports associated with a cohort at the same time rather than having to do them individually. It is currently very time consuming to have to publish each associated report every time a student drops a subject or KS2 data is changed.

  5. As in Excel, you can freeze the top of the screen so it shows the headers and filters all the time. I often have to switch filters and find it annoying to keep scrolling up and down the page many times to see what I need to. Or, alternatively, have a floating menu at the side that stays put as you scroll so the tabs, etc. go with you as you move up and down the page. I think the data is too spread out anyway.
    Thank you!

  6. under: student/ report options/show filters we are limited to using 15 filters.

we'd like to be able to add any from student Filter Management

  7. It would be useful if it was possible to export multiple student detail overview reports. Interactive reports would be most useful, but even just as PDFs would be good.

  8. It would be very useful if users could simply go back to the data they were looking at after drilling down to student-level in reports, rather than having to add navigation steps to find the same page again.

Thanks very much for your consideration!

  9. Ability to rename data sets by cohort, rather than key stage. This would be useful to ensure consistency and keep the system tidy between administrator changes or school changes if they join a trust.

  10. For KS5, in order to have the GCSE Maths and English Progress values show correctly on the Headlines for each dataset, we have to upload their latest GCSE Result into each dataset - this is just unnecessary work - as the student's grade will only change after the November or Summer Exam entries.

It would be more efficient to just allow us to put in the official GCSE grades against each student after each results day, and SISRA just pick up the latest/best exam grade recorded.

  11. Recently announced was a Grades Management Upgrade which allows you to update a student’s grades all on one page, rather than having to go into each qualification individually. Many thanks for this.

Could the same improvement be rolled out for "Baseline Management" as this would be a great improvement too.

  12. Have an automated data export facility via an API or a Snowflake link or similar into services like Power BI. Currently we have to run 20+ different exports every time even a single grade changes and copy/paste them together to get access to do our own internal reporting including SISRA analytics stats into these kinds of services when it could all be done seamlessly and without the ongoing risk of human error quite easily.

  13. Schools would benefit from a student based report detailing the qualifications counting in A8 baskets. At the moment this can be seen within individual student headlines, this new report would be a summary report with all students (filterable) listed with all quals counting. Similar to the Best 3 A Levels report in KS5.

  14. On the usage page (https://www.sisraanalytics.co.uk/Users/Usage) it would be extremely useful to have a sort and filter functionality.

Additionally, it would be good to be able to click into a user and see their history of logins.

This is because we want better tools to track our teacher, department, leader engagement with Sisra Analytics in order to help, train and encourage the right people, to improve our data knowledge and the effect it can have in school.

  15. Please allow for removal of leavers when bulk uploading staff (similar to how students are removed when the cohort is imported without them). We data managers are not always kept informed about teachers leaving.

    Thanks!

  16. The TAGs/CAGs dataset was created to upload Teacher Assessed Grades awarded in COVID years 2020 and 2021. It is currently locked for renaming, but by now this should be renamable to give schools an additional set of data where they can upload any grades to, as this name is now irrelevant for cohorts from 2022 and later.

  17. It would be great to have some summary statistics on the Usage page, to gain a quick overview of the number of staff logging in and using the system regularly.

  18. Schools would benefit from being able to upload attitude to learning judgements without an associated grade, particularly in KS3 where they may not have graded assessments, but it is important to track effort and other elements of learning.

  19. The Qualification Trends Report is useful for staff, so allow users to select current assessment data to be selected.

Seems a waste that it's only used for exam result sets.

  20. It would be extremely useful if you could support having multiple tabs of SISRA open at the same time. This would make flicking between reports so much quicker and easier than it currently is.
