Export multiple student detail overview reports.
It would be useful if it was possible to export multiple student detail overview reports. Interactive reports would be most useful, but even just as PDFs would be good.

removal of leavers when bulk updating staff
Please allow for removal of leavers when bulk uploading staff (similar to how students are removed when the cohort is imported without them). We data managers are not always kept informed about teachers leaving.
Thanks!

It would be extremely useful if you could support having multiple tabs of SISRA open at the same time. This would make flicking between reports so much quicker and easier than it currently is.

Default Focus Groups in KS5
You can colour code a focus group in the KS3/4 reports, but this functionality is not available in KS5 reports.

GCSE Maths and English Resits - only upload the exam results once
For KS5, in order to have the GCSE Maths and English Progress values show correctly on the Headlines for each dataset, we have to upload their latest GCSE Result into each dataset - this is just unnecessary work - as the student's grade will only change after the November or Summer Exam entries.
It would be more efficient to just allow us to put in the official GCSE grades against each student after each results day, and SISRA just pick up the latest/best exam grade recorded.

Additional Attitude to Learning options
As a school we monitor four different sets of ATL data for both KS3 and 4. As SISRA only currently provide three, this makes it almost impossible to use efficiently for our KS3 groups. It would make a world of difference to be able to use SISRA for KS3 as well as KS4. To have oversight of a student from Year 7 right up until Year 11 Exams on SISRA would be fantastic.

KS5 collaboration for VA estimates
Please could you do a data collab to estimate KS5 VA scores in a similar way to how you do P8 estimates at KS4? The VA value published for my 2024 cohort is vastly different to the Sisra estimate which was based on the 2019 data. It would be great if we could get estimates in the weeks after results day to help with our analysis, rather than having to wait for the official publication in February.

Better Tools to Track Staff Usage
On the usage page (https://www.sisraanalytics.co.uk/Users/Usage) it would be extremely useful to have a sort and filter functionality.
Additionally, it would be good to be able to click into a user and see their history of logins.
This is because we want better tools to track our teacher, department, leader engagement with Sisra Analytics in order to help, train and encourage the right people, to improve our data knowledge and the effect it can have in school.

View Trends Report (Exams) - to see all subjects on one graph for one academic year
View Trends Report (Exams) - is it possible to see all subjects on the same graph for one year group at a time (select the year group from the dropdown) in addition to the current option of selecting the individual subjects which then on the graph show the past 5 years?

Rename data sets per cohort
Ability to rename data sets by cohort, rather than key stage. This would be useful to ensure consistency and keep the system tidy between administrator changes or school changes if they join a trust.

Navigation
It would be very useful if users could simply go back to the data they were looking at after drilling down to student-level in reports, rather than having to add navigation steps to find the same page again.
Thanks very much for your consideration!

Baseline Management
Recently announced was a Grades Management Upgrade which allows you to update a student’s grades all on one page, rather than having to go into each qualification individually. Many thanks for this.
Could the same improvement be rolled out for "Baseline Management" as this would be a great improvement too.

Multiple Tabs
It would be REALLY REALLY REALLY helpful if you could support having multiple tabs open in SISRA. Very frustrating that you can not when i am trying to look at analysis from various angles! Too time consuming to go in and out of multiple reports.

Track more things in Tracker reports
Being able to track things across multiple data sets is really useful. The Headlines Tracker report is very good. But this doesn't currently extend to the Qualifications/Grades reports - only 'average points' is trackable. Please give the ability to track 9-7%, 9-5%, 9-4%, SPI on the Tracker report.

Freeze top of screen
As in Excel, you can freeze the top of the screen so it shows the headers and filters all the time. I often have to switch filters and find it annoying to keep scrolling up and down the page many times to see what I need to. Or, alternatively, have a floating menu at the side that stays put as you scroll so the tabs, etc. go with you as you move up and down the page. I think the data is too spread out anyway.

Automated data retrieval
Have an automated data export facility via an API or a Snowflake link or similar into services like Power BI. Currently we have to run 20+ different exports every time even a single grade changes and copy/paste them together to get access to do our own internal reporting including SISRA analytics stats into these kinds of services when it could all be done seamlessly and without the ongoing risk of human error quite easily.
