increase number of student filters allowed to be used in reports
under: student/ report options/show filters we are limited to using 15 filters.
we'd like to be able to add any from student Filter Management

20 Attendance Waveswe'd like to add number of previous schools, in year admission, home educated, young carer, social worker involved etc.
currently we need to use focus groups to analyse this data but it would be much better if we could just add more filters so they're all displayed under GROUP report.
