  1. A report that can be generated alongside the parent report to send out with statutory data on for individual children.
It would be useful if the report included their results and national averages for that year.

  2. Would love to be able to produce a report that is the as the same Basic Characteristics on Target Tracker - one page. This is so useful for Governor Meetings.

  3. The ability to see the progress that children are making between and throughout the year in tests is vital for schools that use this form of assessment.
OTrack's Scores, Pupil and Attainment and Progress, for example, shows an average score for a class or year group and the change in score for each pupil.
Being able to see both Summative Assessment and test score on one report would also be useful.

  4. Teachers would like to print reports of formative assessments made each term of the pupils - which objectives they have achieved, etc. using the colours. We used to have a report in Otrack called Depth of Knowledge by Group and Objective Assessment progress

  5. Schools using the Ages Assessment feature would benefit from their Ages data being available within the Single Pupil Overview report as is Summative and Test Scores data. Or the creation of a new Ages Flight Path report where they can see the Ages data over time.

  8. This report would be more useful if we were able to quickly and easily switch to another pupil without re-setting report. It is time consuming currently.
It would also be useful to be able to remove columns - for example if a school isn't using formative assessment - and to have an indication of progress. This would make it much more useful when sharing with parents.

  9. End of Key Stage reports allow schools to see overall numbers and percentages, pupils' names and to view in Summary mode. There is no equivalent report for Phonics or MTC which schools need.
Although the Analysis tab gives headline data, no detail such as pupils names or context can be seen.

  10. The ability to highlight pupils' names to identify them as (for example) PP, EAL, SEN etc.
This provides a quick and clear way to show how these key groups are distributed across attainment and progress tables. It is particularly effective when used without names for governors' reports.
We have this function in Target Tracker where names can be in bold, underlined or in italics.

  11. To be able to print the summative report so that all the areas of learning are along the top columns and the children's names are down the first column. This would allow practitioners to track pupils' GLD more easily.
AT the moment only the first five areas are shown on the PDF

  12. Ability to sort by surname not forename in reports. I am so surprised this functionality is not already there. In order of forename is simply not practical in year groups with 90 children. There is not even the workaround to export to excel as it is PDF only.

  13. The Statutory Data box on the Single Pupil Overview report shows a pupil's phonics score in a green box if they passed. This is the same even if the pupil did the retake in Y2 which can be a little misleading to the overall picture for that pupil. Please could something be altered here (e.g. a different colour, a little number 2 added) so that schools know whether the score they are seeing is from Y1 or Y2.

  14. Ability to track progress of pupils assessed outside of their year group (sig below). For example, if a Y5 pupil is assessed as 3At > 3B this should be interpreted as them having made less than the expected progress. Currently, all progress reports would consider these children as having made expected progress and schools want to be able to track small progress steps of these pupils better.

  16. To be able to choose what to regard as 'At'. Schools that use our default code model where Just At and At are treated as At in this report would find it useful to be able to show securely at and above only, either as a comparison or instead of including Just At.

The Venn Report allows the metric to be changed so something similar here would be useful.

  17. School suggestion to have a table report that gives the current term attainment for all subjects.

It would look similar to the data entry screen, but easier to see everything on one page - plus exportable if required

  18. A way to share with Governors R/W/M attainment of all year groups, for boys. girls, PP, SEN etc in a concise report.

Currently this means creating the ARO Report for a year group with the summary and export to pdf = 3 pages. Filter for another year group and export = 3 pages. This results in an 18 page report with EYFS still to do. It would also be helpful if we could choose which groups to include in the summary and be able to separate year groups once viewing the summary version of the report. Being able to create…

  19. Single Pupil Overview should show all subjects, not just 3 of these. With 3 subjects that isn't even the core subjects (Science is still a core subject).

It would also be great if it showed some formative statements/objectives that the child has achieved and some they are working towards.

Lastly, being able to print a class worth of these at a time, not 1 child's report only. - Workload!

  20. Schools often need to exclude specific groups of pupils - for example Nursery Pupils - when analysing attendance. It would be helpful if the Pupil Overview Report could be filtered for just R-Y6. This would allow the Gender, Disadvantaged and SEN comparisons to be used excluding Nursery (or any other any other group schools may want to focus on).
