Automate verification of app if a parent changes their mobile number
Currently if a parent changes their telephone number we have to remember to reactivate their new telephone number once it has updated in Sims. Has any consideration been made to automating this please as it is reliant on us remembering to do something a few days after we have been notified.

Allow for non UK mobile numbers
We have a handful of schools in NI that have parents over the boarder who have ROI mobile numbers these are not compatible with the system and mean parents cannot be communicated with via text/app.

Ability to close Club Bookings to parents at a particular time
It would be useful if parents were unable to book a place at a club just before it starts - so bookings could be closed an hour before the club begins.

Retrieve or reissue club booking confirmation email
Is there any way that parents can retrieve their original booking email (with the 'cancel booking' link) from the website or I can reissue it if they are not able to find it? They often claim that they don't have it and therefore can't make cancellations themselves and I don't get a copy of the link.

Course booking email address
Is it possible to change the email address that course booking emails come from? At the moment the email address is hard coded and it would be good if the emails could could come from the school email address rather than an e4education email account.

Club booking - cancellations
When a parent makes a cancellation, please can the administrator be sent an email confirming the refund amount required eithe via paypal or CCV.

Club booking - display total amount
On our clubs booking system, when I view club bookings please can the date and amount paid be shown in the view as when cancellations need to be made, I have to go through each booking to find the correct one and it takes ages

Club booking - confirmation page text
Could an option be added to allow the line of text saying 'We will be in touch to take your payment' of being hidden as it's not always necessary especially if doing offline payments via bank transfer or using childcare vouchers as the school won't need to get involved with the payment side if using those methods

Clubs booking - show total price upon confirmation
Would it be possible to output the total cost of the clubs after picking the payment method and going to the next screen? At the moment it doesn't show for offline payments and parents might forget how much the total cost is. It might also be nice if the total cost is also included in the email sent to parents as I don't believe it's something included.

For each size of item in the online shop can a field be added to show stock levels, which will decrease as purchases are made.

If you accidentally select the incorrect status e.g. "payment accepted" there is no option to cancel the order. Can this facility please be added

When a customer places an order through the online shop can an automatic notification be sent to an admin e-mail address. At the same time can an e-mail be sent to the customer to confirm we have received the order and shows the details of the order.

Shop orders screen displaying customer name
The ability to see the customer name when access the 'Shop Orders' panel within the E-Shop functionality would allow for use to easily alter a users order without having to search through the Orders manually if we do not have the order number.

Altering order status within the Shop Orders panel
The ability to alter the status of an individual or multiple orders within the 'Shop Orders' panel would be beneficial, rather than having to go into each order one by one to change the status.

Ability to alter shop orders
The ability to alter an order once it has been made would be beneficial in the chance that someone requests to change their order, or for example they need to change the size. Being able to change this would then help keep track of the real number of stocks.

E-Shop item stock related to product options rather than product itself
It would make more sense for item stock limits to be able to be monitored and set through product options rather than the product itself; or atleast to be able to decide which. As for example, setting that we have 2 medium tops and 1 large one would be better than just there are 3 tops.
