Email Signitures
Schools would like the ability to add default text to the bottom of all outgoing emails.
This feature could be used for email signatures, standard disclaimers, or reminders such as “Please do not reply to this email.”
While we are aware that email templates are available, the ability to apply a default signature or footer automatically to all emails would be more practical and efficient.

It would be much easier if we had the option to add staff and students to classes manually via the app.
It would be much easier if we could add staff and students to classes manually via the app if needed. We would like to add our TA's to some classes but we do not want to add them to the registers on Arbor. Also some of our children access our enhance provision unit (SEN) and spend a small amount of time in class. It would be great if we could add children to two classes as this can not be done via Arbor, children can only be in one class.

Be able to bulk revoke parent access on Comms Hub and be able to filter status' to show just contacts that are 'invited' or 'invite expired'
You can currently send invites in bulk but cannot revoke in bulk.
You can filter to a status like 'invited' but it will show all the contacts of that child even if only one is 'invited' therefore doesn't narrow it down to just contact with that particular status1 vote -
Confirm you want to send before sending
On the last MMe you were asked if you were happy to send the message before it went, the new version doesn't do this and I've just sent an empty badge that I cannot reverse.

Change the badges to have no default
The badges default to 'following direction' and it would be easier if there was no default.

To be able to select which groups pulling from the schools MIS shows in Comms hub
Schools tend to have a lot of additional custom groups in their MIS as well as the standard 'Reception, Year 1, Year2 etc'
When going into Comms Hub to send a message or interaction all of the groups show over numerous pages meaning the admins sending these have to scroll through all to find the one they want. They would like to be able to remove any groups in Comms Hub that is not needed in there.1 vote -
School enabling of email open/click statistics
On a previous system I used (which was much more basic in most other ways) when sending emails and texts I could see a list showing if they were received and opened, this gave us good insight into enagagement of parents and details of who had opened it and also when there was a problem with an address. This is particularly important as often comms sent are important - re covid, weather, oftsed or important meetings.

Allow for non UK mobile numbers
We have a handful of schools in NI that have parents over the boarder who have ROI mobile numbers these are not compatible with the system and mean parents cannot be communicated with via text/app.
