  1. To be able to print the summative report so that all the areas of learning are along the top columns and the children's names are down the first column. This would allow practitioners to track pupils' GLD more easily.
    AT the moment only the first five areas are shown on the PDF

  3. It would be helpful to have report PDFs in portrait and not just landscape. This could make the length of reports shorter and easier to read.

  4. Ability to track progress of pupils assessed outside of their year group (sig below). For example, if a Y5 pupil is assessed as 3At > 3B this should be interpreted as them having made less than the expected progress. Currently, all progress reports would consider these children as having made expected progress and schools want to be able to track small progress steps of these pupils better.

  5. This is a fantastic report. However it includes those children that are JUST AT - the yellows and includes them in GLD %. Surely it would be more realistic to just include the securely 'Expected'?

  6. Would be great if the subject overview would show end of previous year (Summer) in the % summary at the bottom. It shows term on term which is really useful but this time of year you need to see summer comparison. It lets you display summer at pupil level but does not show summer % at bottom.

  7. Schools often need to exclude specific groups of pupils - for example Nursery Pupils - when analysing attendance. It would be helpful if the Pupil Overview Report could be filtered for just R-Y6. This would allow the Gender, Disadvantaged and SEN comparisons to be used excluding Nursery (or any other any other group schools may want to focus on).

  8. In Target Reports, you cannot filter by Target given or Assessment given, or even by progress measure. This would be so helpful, to filter out just the -1 progress or Bs, for example.

  9. Create a report template that will print off all statements that have been achieved in each subject

    Or possibly a report template that showed a few achieved objective from each strand and one target

  11. Options to 1) select R, W, M together 2) separate year groups - as you can in OTrack's 'In Year Attainment Overview'.

    Feedback from school migration meeting - 'why is there no display options button on the Subject Overview? I like to choose the Core subjects and then split into six year groups - this is all in one report -'In Year Attainment'- in OTrack.   12. It would be really helpful to have a report that would show overall summative data (%ARE+) for each year group all on 1 page (one for each subject).

    The columns would be:
    end of phase (FS or KS1), previous summer, aut, spr sum, target

    The rows would be:
    Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6

    Even better if this could be further subdivided into classe:
    Class A Y1, Class AY2, Class B Y1, Class B Y2 etc..

  14. A way to share with Governors R/W/M attainment of all year groups, for boys. girls, PP, SEN etc in a concise report.

    Currently this means creating the ARO Report for a year group with the summary and export to pdf = 3 pages. Filter for another year group and export = 3 pages. This results in an 18 page report with EYFS still to do. It would also be helpful if we could choose which groups to include in the summary and be able to separate year groups once viewing the summary version of the report. Being able to create…

  15. The end of Key Stage report shows outcomes and standardised scores in bands. The Key Stage data screen shows outcomes and raw test scores.
    We can't see precise standardised scores for pupils anywhere. As schools will use this to compare achievement and measure progress, it is important to know.
    Could this be added into Sonar - either in the report or the entry screen?

  17. In Target Tracker, it was an option to edit wha tyou want to see in the summary view. At the minute there is a lot of informaiton and it would be good to select which to get rid of (For example, we dont need to see any of the 'NOT' categories.

    Also the Sig below and Sig Above columns are empty - so it would be good to get rid of those.

  18. Display Options should include 'names' so that all pupil names can be added to the report for downloading/printing. At the moment, it's only possible to see pupil names by clicking on each individual cell

  19. When school creates their own Group they would like to be able to run a report and not only filter for the group as they can currently but to exclude that group from the rest of the children. This can be done in OTrack

  20. The new analysis tab is great. When you hit print screen it actually prints really well, however for a Trust who may want to print the screen for each school there is no name or log on it so have to physically write on. I know this only a small cosmetic thing but would be really useful.
