On both EYFS and KS1 data we have found that once a single teacher enters their own class info and saves it, it then has to be an administrator that adds the remaining info for the other class. It will not allow another teacher to go in and add their info. Is there an option that can allow this ?

Are you sure this is the case? I had a similar thing but it was because half way through the statutory reporting period SONAR changed permissions so that you had to have admin rights to enter any statutory data. Caused me lots of issues as staff were previously able to enter it. No warning or message to inform users.
