  1. Is there was a way to add the = or - numbers that you see on the target analysis report to the summative progress analysis report?

    This would at least show a numerical indicator of progress which would help steps/linear schools?

    So a child working below ARE for Year 4 - they would have +2 as gone from 3JA to 3Above. Better than just saying 'expected progress' when in fact she has improved.

    I guess one big issue would be the code model the school has (number of codes within ARE)

  3. Schools like to be able to quantify how much progress pupils are making not just expected, above and below. This includes the ability to show an overall average for group of children. Target Tracker schools are used to being able to do this so find the current progress reports in Sonar are not sufficiently detailed.

  4. Schools would like the ability to view Nursery 1 & 2 children in the EYFS Good Level of Development Tracking report - as they do in OTrack. Currently the only option is Reception

  5. We need a way to filter this report to see data for particular classes at a time, as you can with other reports. Schools with a combination of Mainstream and SEND pupils need this for reporting purposes.

  6. School's would like to track the inputting of data for formative assessment on a Monthly rather than Termly basis. It is interesting for SLT to be able to track when children are achieving objectives and sometimes this can change multiple times over a half term.

  9. It would be useful to be able to sort/rank progress in reports - this would allow schools to quickly and easily identify which pupils are making the least (or most) progress instead of needing to scroll through a list and pick them out.
    Even better if it were possible to filter for just those making below expected progress.

  11. Former OTrack customers often ask for a Sonar version of the Attainment and Progress Summary which had 3 subjects and a combined column on one page. This report is a Termly context Group report and for each subject it shows the attainment percentages for Below, At & Above next to the Termly Target (progress) %'s Below, At, Above. The Termly Targets can be changed to Progress from Previous Summer for those who don't use Targets. It is often used for progress meetings and governors.

  12. It would be helpful if a school could print multiple subjects at a time instead of having to generate a report for each subject.
    Helen from Phoenix Primary has requested this and I can see the advantages of this for time saving within school.

  13. This is a fantastic report. However it includes those children that are JUST AT - the yellows and includes them in GLD %. Surely it would be more realistic to just include the securely 'Expected'?

  14. In Target Reports, you cannot filter by Target given or Assessment given, or even by progress measure. This would be so helpful, to filter out just the -1 progress or Bs, for example.

  17. Would be great if the subject overview would show end of previous year (Summer) in the % summary at the bottom. It shows term on term which is really useful but this time of year you need to see summer comparison. It lets you display summer at pupil level but does not show summer % at bottom.

  18. It would be really helpful to have a report that would show overall summative data (%ARE+) for each year group all on 1 page (one for each subject).

    The columns would be:
    end of phase (FS or KS1), previous summer, aut, spr sum, target

    The rows would be:
    Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6

    Even better if this could be further subdivided into classe:
    Class A Y1, Class AY2, Class B Y1, Class B Y2 etc..
