  3. Automate verification of app if a parent changes their mobile number

    Currently if a parent changes their telephone number we have to remember to reactivate their new telephone number once it has updated in Sims. Has any consideration been made to automating this please as it is reliant on us remembering to do something a few days after we have been notified.

  4. Allow for non UK mobile numbers

    We have a handful of schools in NI that have parents over the boarder who have ROI mobile numbers these are not compatible with the system and mean parents cannot be communicated with via text/app.

  5. Ability to add multiple recipients to email hyperlink/button

    When needing to have a safeguarding email link send to 2 email addresses to make sure that this is seen asap.
