  1. Year group data broken down by school

    As a Trust lead, it would be useful in Multi School to be able to see the breakdown for each year group and apply filters, rather than having to choose either school OR year group OR gender etc
    My Trust requires me to report Year 6 data broken down by school, so my only way of doing this will be to go in to each school and look at their Year 6 data and apply filters . This means I will have to do this 23 times in order to produce my report.

  2. Being able to export summative and formative data, to then import this to another school.

    On Target Tracker, you could export all the summative and formative data to then import to another school.
    As a federation, our Year 2 children leave the infant school and into the other school for Year 3. It would be great to be able to then transfer their data over, without having to do this manually which will take a very long time.

  3. Ability to see data per school in Progress Over Time Report for contextual groups

    In the Progress Over Time graph, you can see via the display filters e.g. By Disadvantaged, but it would be good to have a button or table which shows this trend per school for that specific contextual group. The ability to see single school data using the 'By School' view incorporates all contextual groups only. It would be good to see each school breakdown for the individual contextual groups too.

  4. Early Years Attainment Report (GLD option to show R only)

    It is not easy to see each schools progress towards GLD in Spring for example as it shows all cohorts and not just Reception children. Is this possible on a drop down? I know we can view by year group but then we lose the school which is what we need at MAT level?

    An 'overall Trust total' row would save the need to export and add up. Also the ability to dispaly/toggle to a %

  6. View SECURE+ children %

    The ability to view the SECURE children not just working at age related. The toggle button is great on the primary attainment overview screen but needs to be accompanied by a secure+ column at the end which totals them at the minute it is just still % at or above. The ability for the toggle button on the dashboard would also be great.

    As well as Trust average it would be good to show a national average on the reports.

  9. Primary Subjects - combined filters

    There is currently no way to combine filters, such as to see how the Year 5 boys are doing, or children School X on SEN register. A constant filter bar like in Sonar, would allow you to do that.

    The change arrow doesn't tell you what it is measuring from (eg, last term). Tool tip / hover-over would make it much clearer.

  11. Diminishing the difference - To include school breakdown.

    Diminishing the difference - Gender grouping for Female and Male to also include school breakdown. This would be useful to understand what % of female/ males from which school are performing below/above

    Include option to superimpose each school's % from a previous term (could be Aut 1, Aut 2 or 'chooseable') to show improvement (or otherwise)

  13. Add sticky header and sticky first column for Pupil Overview Report

    Add sticky headers to the Pupil Overview report so when scrolling down, the headers always display

    Update the first column to be sticky as well, so when scrolling across you can always see the first column of data

  14. Option to sort tabular data

    It would be great to be able to sort tabular data shown for a group in a variety of different orders, for example, ascending and descending based on name or based on outcome (attainment or progress).

    Widget Dashboard - Subject order in Dashboard is currently Mathematics, Reading and Writing. Subject order should be GLD, Reading, Writing and Mathematics.

  19. Round off % values to one or two decimal points for consistency.

    In the reports %values in tool tips should be rounded off similar to the bar graph. It should be either one or two decimal place for consistency.

    e.g. 1 Starbase Academy is displaying 80.2%
    tool tip is displaying 80.159
