  1. The suggested idea is to amend the 'Submit Leaver' page for Bureau portal users. Currently, when a leaver who is also a portal user enters themselves as a leaver through the portal, by doing so they immediately lose their own portal access.
    Users often require access to the portal up until the leave date, so the suggestion is to somehow facilitate this.
    The reason the user loses access, is, I think, due to that when an email is entered in the 'Email address for P45' field, this then changes the PNLEMPMST_ADD field (in HR Record > Office Directory), so that…

  10. Entitlement letters to employees, via the corresponding school, explaining pay deductions i.e. reducing to half/zero pay. Timeliness of letters is critical and employees must be aware of changes in pay prior to the change taking place.
