You can colour code a focus group in the KS3/4 reports, but this functionality is not available in KS5 reports.

Tracker Report for KS5
Already a feature in KS3/4 reports, a Tracker report allowing schools to track performance across multiple datasets at a glance, side-by-side for a KS5 cohort.

An overall view of students with subject grades
It would be really helpful to see all students and their grades for each subject in one report. Currently you can only view this information for individual students. It would be helpful to see the data much like the broadsheets we use to upload the data from.

Make EAPs Optional
As not all schools are using EAPs at all or just for some, mostly Unapproved qualifications, it would be useful to make these optional and allow people to select a grade method on the Matching page.
Suggestion: a toggle on the Matching page allowing users to switch it off for qualifications they are not using EAPs for.

KS5 collaboration for VA estimates
Please could you do a data collab to estimate KS5 VA scores in a similar way to how you do P8 estimates at KS4? The VA value published for my 2024 cohort is vastly different to the Sisra estimate which was based on the 2019 data. It would be great if we could get estimates in the weeks after results day to help with our analysis, rather than having to wait for the official publication in February.

Set students as having 'Dropped' qualifications in KS5
In KS3/4 cohorts it is possible to set a qualification as 'Dropped' for a student no longer taking it, so that any grades for this qualification no longer appear in the reports. For KS5, the only way to reflect this at the moment is to go through and delete all previous grades for the student in that qualification.

See Key filters, Gap, Grades 7+, 5+, 4+ against targets and measures in one report
Ex users of 4Matrix and they had an overview report which we sadly miss. It had so much information which i am now having to recreate with at least 20 different reports in Sisra. I'd love to upload a sample to show you what is needed.
Column headings include Key filters
( All, M/F/H/M/L/FSM/PP/Non PP SEN/Class breakdown, Gap, Grades 7+, 5+, 4+, Above, on /Below/ Target 7+, 5+ ,4+/ A* Score, APS, Estimate against target score.1 vote -
Add Baseline subjects manually (in Baseline Management)
When a new qualification needs to be set up in Sisra, this can be created manually on the Matching page. However an EAP is compulsory, and if a new EAP is needed the baseline for this can only be created by uploading a grades file containing the relevant baseline grades. In a lot of cases there are only a few students taking the qualification, so the ability to add baseline subjects manually would be most useful.

View Trends Report (Exams) - to see all subjects on one graph for one academic year
View Trends Report (Exams) - is it possible to see all subjects on the same graph for one year group at a time (select the year group from the dropdown) in addition to the current option of selecting the individual subjects which then on the graph show the past 5 years?

The ability to compare with similar schools in Data Collaboration
Schools would benefit from being able to compare their school to similar schools, either geographically or by type (eg, grammar schools, comprehensive schools)

ability to Import FOCUS group membership (TRUE/FALSE)
it would be great to be able to import student membership: currently its a ticking box exercise, easily to make mistake and very time consuming.
for example: we create a focus group: English intervention : select 20 students. then add focus group to compare: no English intervention: select everyone apart from these 20... and again....1 vote -
Track more things in Tracker reports
Being able to track things across multiple data sets is really useful. The Headlines Tracker report is very good. But this doesn't currently extend to the Qualifications/Grades reports - only 'average points' is trackable. Please give the ability to track 9-7%, 9-5%, 9-4%, SPI on the Tracker report.

Sign-in via third party authenticators
It would be useful to sign in to SISRA Analytics using a Microsoft or Google work account. This would leverage the multi-factor authientication used by these systems and make the special category personal data held in SISRA more secure.

Student Groups Summary for Qualifications (eg PP, SEND, EAL, etc)
It takes so long to export data for the different student groups. It would be great to have a summary for qualifications rather than having to filter individually (eg PP, SEND, EAL, etc)

A 'what if' function
The ability to allow staff to alter student grades temporarily to see the impact it would have on headline/subject figures for both KS4 and KS5.

Ability to delete AtL Categories
It would be great if we are given the ability to delete/clear AtL catergories if they have not been used.

Create Focus groups from existing list, matching Student Identifier
Most of our focus groups already exist in our MIS, and it's slow duplication to select students one at a time to recreate in SISRA.
First preference is for SISRA to update student info automatically, via Wonde or similar - in which case, would request that we also be able to select existing groups from our MIS to import as Focus groups.
Failing that ... would request the ability to paste a list of Student identifiers in order to match in bulk and save as a new focus group.

Additional Attitude to Learning options
As a school we monitor four different sets of ATL data for both KS3 and 4. As SISRA only currently provide three, this makes it almost impossible to use efficiently for our KS3 groups. It would make a world of difference to be able to use SISRA for KS3 as well as KS4. To have oversight of a student from Year 7 right up until Year 11 Exams on SISRA would be fantastic.
