Fully Update the KS3/4 side of SISRA
Invest in the KS3/4 side of SISRA as it is looking tired and outdated and hasn't had a proper refresh in years.
Shorter pages that don't need scrolling is a must along with proper dashboards, similar to the new MAT interface.

Individual Students dropdown list to be filterable by class
Staff feedback is that when they select a Qualification and then a Class, when they click on individual student hyperlinks they expect the dropdown list of students to only be those in the Class previously selected.
Would it be possible, on the "Student Detail Areas" to be able to filter the dropdown list to only show a specific class.
(To pre-empt, the browser back button doesn't always take staff back to the class list. For me, it does. I've advised staff to use Chrome, but that's still not working for some).

KS3/4 Grade Methods, Include Alternative Upload Values
KS5 includes the great functionality to allow 'Alternative Upload Values' in Grade Method creation / reconfiguration. Could this be extended to KS3/4 to allow schools to complete vocational assessments using own grade sturcture, and also allow the DfE style grades normally only seen on Embargo day. This would save a lot of 'grade not in method' icons and or updating / resolving within Excel before upload which is subject to human error.

Comparisons exporting 1 row not 2
When using the comparisons function and exporting the data, it currently exports over 3 rows (eg grade on row 1, target on row 2 and diff on row 3). Would be good to have it all on 1 row.

GCSE Results Day Inaccuracy - A 9-8 in Science on the student page counted as two 8s
I use the following to see who the tope performers are on GCSE Results Day:
Grades>Overview>Students (and then All A8 Quals and set to count, order by APS).I've just realised that a 9-8 in science is averaged to an 8.5 and then counts as two 8s for this student, which effectively makes this page inaccurate when counting how many 9s/8s/7s a student has received. Similarly, a L2D*, 8.5 is rounded down to an 8, but this is uderstandable as the page can only count integer grades, but the science count needs to be sorted so that this page is…

Editing the word EAP in KS5 to custom text in the Reports
This is currently possible in KS3/4, but not in KS5 and is inconsitent/confusing for staff

Two datasets that aren't standalone as we would like to be able to track our current working grades as well as our professional predictions

Filter Level Reports - add Ethnicity
The Filter Level reports are only available for filters that have 15 values or less. Due to this, Ethnicity is not included and we would really like to meet an indicator on the Equalities Award - "2.4 The school is aware how pupils from different backgrounds are achieving and progressing in the school."

Back to Top Shortcut in Admin pages
Great to have the 'Back to top' shortcut in reports, even better if we could have this feature on admin pages. Particularly cohort lists and grade management pages which can be lengthy.

Default 'Include All' toggle on KS3/4 Matching Page
Schools would benefit for either 'including' all qualifications as standard on the matching page when setting up the cohort for the first time, or a toggle which would allow you to set all to yes in one click. Removing the time taken to click all quals from 'No' to 'Yes' when they have just been uploaded and therefore you'd want to see in reports!

Compare datasets
Comparing two datasets is beneficial, but when downloaded onto Excel and filtered by ascending order for grades, the datasets can become mixed up. Is there a way to attach the two datasets together while keeping them on separate rows? For instance, when comparing "mock" and "predicted" datasets, if I filter for students with a mock result of 3, the predicted data should remain attached to the corresponding students.

Include Basics 9-7 in the basics contribution reports
To save time when providing a breakdown of % achieving basics 9-7 by various filters. Very easy to do for 9-5 and 9-4 but the figures have to be found by applying filters one at a time for 9-7 which is time consuming.

Enable a breakdown to be generated for locally created focus groups
We have recently created a focus group on Sisra for Year 10 & Year 9 Review 3 assessments. This is in order to derive performance according to CAT Band. The set up of this focus group has gone well and are using filters to see what reports look like using this criteria. What would be useful is for focus groups to also be available as a selection using "Breakdown" so we can see this information on a single page (currently this is only available for groups applicable to all Sisra customers, e.g. disadvantaged, EAL etc). Please can functionality be added…

Load the Reports overview page and see data from other year groups side-by-side
Currently there is no functionality to enable attainment to be compared for headline percentages for different year groups. If possible, please can we request the ability to load the Reports overview page and see data from other year groups side-by-side. Many thanks

Provide 'Forecast Collections' - where term is always KS4 Exams (or KS5 exams for Y12/13)
Provide an additional Forecast Collection that can be published against terms KS4 or KS5 exams to enable tracking of forecast data, with at least 3 collections a year for each cohort from Y10 to Y13.
Currently in KS4 we have to fit 4 forecasts, 4 tracking a year and 2 mocks for each cohort and splitting them between datasets and assessment collections is messy. A separate forecast collection, the same as an assessment collection but always publishing against end of Key stage exams would enable tracking of forecasts separately so much easier for staff to view2 votes -
Manage Classes
On the Manage Classes screen, could there be checkboxes for each row against the classes, so you could quickly tick multiple rows, then click on Exclude, Delete, etc.
I just had to exclude 30 classes and it took 2 button clicks for every class.3 votes -
Publishing area
it would be very helpful if you could see the title of ALL the assessments uploaded, and chose which you want to publish - so all of the assessments uploaded can be identified and you can see which have been published and which haven't - at the moment, until you publish you could be mistaken for thinking it's not there.

identify 'current' and 'leaver' total grades separately
Grade totals in Grades Management and KS4/EAP should identify 'current' and 'leaver' total grades separately next to the subject title.

Raise the KS5 reporting threshold from 500 students?
Can we raise the KS5 reporting threshold from 500 students for 6th form colleges with high student populations. There are approx 80 sixth form colleges across the country and we only have approx 30%. Little choice in the market and it will therefore help acquisition and make customers in this cohort stickier.
