Small Step Tracking for SEND pupils
Working alongside my Inclusion we are finding evidence challenging to come by to show the progress children are making when they are continuously classed as working below. Smaller steps for key children would enable us to demonstrate the progress they have made.

We are looking into how Formative Assessment could support SEND tracking and will be coming back to this idea in September.

We are looking for a tool to support the close monitoring of children with SEND, in EYFS this would have been the development journal. Acrosss the rest of the school we are looking at PIVATS - however ideally I would like all assessment as part of the same system. To add something similar to PIVATS to Sonar would solve the issue
