  1. The school app allows communications to go to P1 only, but we have been requesting since we signed up with the website, the functionality of emailing priority 1 parents, and not everyone on a child's' contact list every time we send info out

  2. When editing items within any of the Custom forms under WEBSITE > Custom Data, the pencil icon that appears on the right-hand side of the items does not function.

    This can be confusing for users, as clicking the icon does not do anything, and it may not be immediately obvious that clicking on the title of the item is necessary to access the page where the item can be edited.

    The pencil (edit) icon should redirect users to the page where they can edit the selected item.

  4. Schools have mentioned that when parents log in and navigate to this section to book slots, currently the text 'BOOK THIS SLOT' is only visible upon hovering the cursor over it, which is feasible only on desktops.

    However, the majority of parents access the website using mobile devices, where hovering is not possible due to the absence of a cursor. Consequently, they are unable to see this important wording.

    It would be beneficial to ensure that the text is always visible on both desktop and mobile interfaces for accessibility reasons.

  5. It would be great if parents could click a button to automatically populate their slots for a parents evening. I've seen other systems that have this functionality and would save parents time. To do this we would probably need to give them a way of selecting the teachers they are interested in seeing and selecting a start time. The system would then try and select slots for them, minimising the amount of time they are at the evening.

  7. Is there any way that parents can retrieve their original booking email (with the 'cancel booking' link) from the website or I can reissue it if they are not able to find it? They often claim that they don't have it and therefore can't make cancellations themselves and I don't get a copy of the link.

  8. Is it possible to change the email address that course booking emails come from? At the moment the email address is hard coded and it would be good if the emails could could come from the school email address rather than an e4education email account.

  11. When a parent makes a cancellation, please can the administrator be sent an email confirming the refund amount required eithe via paypal or CCV.

  12. On our clubs booking system, when I view club bookings please can the date and amount paid be shown in the view as when cancellations need to be made, I have to go through each booking to find the correct one and it takes ages

Could an option be added to allow the line of text saying 'We will be in touch to take your payment' of being hidden as it's not always necessary especially if doing offline payments via bank transfer or using childcare vouchers as the school won't need to get involved with the payment side if using those methods

  14. Would it be possible to output the total cost of the clubs after picking the payment method and going to the next screen? At the moment it doesn't show for offline payments and parents might forget how much the total cost is. It might also be nice if the total cost is also included in the email sent to parents as I don't believe it's something included.

  18. When a customer places an order through the online shop can an automatic notification be sent to an admin e-mail address. At the same time can an e-mail be sent to the customer to confirm we have received the order and shows the details of the order.

  20. The ability to see the customer name when access the 'Shop Orders' panel within the E-Shop functionality would allow for use to easily alter a users order without having to search through the Orders manually if we do not have the order number.
