Currently there is no way for schools to see which parent has booked a slot for parents evening. This is particularly problematic for schools dealing with court orders in place to prevent parents seeing one another.

Chatbox 'hide' button hard to see
When a customer is logged into the site, they have access to a help bot and a chatbox for support.
However, on some sites, the 'hide' button for when the customer is done is very hard to see. This is particularly noticable on pre-designs that have a black footer, especially if the customer's site is using a dark colour as their primary colour.
This would be a lot more visible for accessibility if there was a white circle around the dark purple 'hide' button, and would make it a lot easier for customers to find.5 votes -

Popup Locations
The current functionality allows the pop-up box to appear on only one home page. However, our use case would benefit greatly from having the pop-up box visible across all three home pages to ensure consistency and visibility for all users.
In addition, it would be highly valuable to have the option to select where the pop-up box appears—allowing more flexibility in choosing the specific pages or locations where it is most effective.
We would like to formally request that this feature be considered for future development. Enabling the popup box on multiple home pages, along with the ability to choose…

Ability to centre align buttons within columns
It would be useful if there were an option to centre align buttons inserted into columns so that they can be equally distributed across the page.
Currently, this can only be done for text, as buttons are set to be left-aligned by default.
When you attempt to highlight and select the buttons, they do not change alignment when you choose any of the alignment options in the Edit menu.

Admins to be able to add payment details themselves
It would be useful if administrators could add payment details themselves rather than having to send them to the support team.
It would also be beneficial for this process to be user-friendly, with clear descriptions for each payment section so that users can easily understand what information is required to set up a specific payment type.

Display Latest Newsletters from Newsletter Builder on Homepage
Currently, there is a feature on some website templates that allows users to upload a newsletter as a PDF attachment to a specific page on their website.
The homepage then displays a link to the latest attachment from that newsletter page, allowing visitors to click and access it directly.
It would be beneficial to add an additional feature that allows the latest newsletters created in the Newsletter Builder to pull through to the homepage.
This alternative option would provide a seamless way for visitors to view the most recent updates directly on the site.

Option to add item prices to checklist field values in forms
It would be helpful if checklist fields in forms allowed each item to have an individual price assigned.
This would mean that when a visitor selects multiple items from the checklist, the total cost is automatically calculated based on their selections.
If form payments are enabled, the visitor could then be charged the correct amount at the point of submission.

Ability to add space at the top of a page
Following on from the existing suggestion about inserting space at the bottom of a page, it would also be extremely helpful to have the option to add space at the top of a page.
This would address situations where an item (such as an image block or template) has been inserted right at the top, leaving no way to click into the content area to add text or elements above it.
An 'Insert Space at Top' option within the EDIT menu, ideally positioned alongside a 'Insert Space at Bottom' option, would provide a user-friendly solution.
At the moment, the only…
