The ability to include Nursery Pupils who do not yet have a UPN in the Juniper Portal
When a Nursery is state funded, pupils are given a UPN. Some schools however include a Nursery which is not state funded so therefore it is not appropriate / possible to give the pupils upns. Currently these pupils cannot be included in the Juniper Platform so therefore tracked in Sonar, communicated with from Comms Hub etc.
Can it be possible for pupils to be added manually or imported without UPNs?1 vote -
For school users to have the ability to run a manual sync of data from their MIS and the Juniper Portal.
When a school has made a change in their MIS and needs that information reflected in their Juniper Software that day for analysis etc it would be helpful if they could activate this themselves.

Duel login on the app.
For parents and teachers to be able to be logged in to both versions of the app at the same time. This is for staff that also have children at the school.

For access to Juniper products by staff leavers to be automatically revoked
Currently we advise Account Admins to revoke access for staff who have left. It would be more efficient if, once the Wonde sync indicates a staff member has left for their access to be revoked automatically. This way we can ensure this is done promptly. There are occasions where staff keep the same email address when moving to another school.

Allow admin users / Owners to delete duplicated staff manually
School accounts that were integrated from Sonar brought with them email addresses that in some cases are not in use any more and now they have duplicated records in their staff list. They want to keep the record with the new email address and delete the old one. Would it be possible for some users to be able to manually remove some records?

Have the option for staff/governors to be added manually to Portal without needing to be in the school's MIS
Sometimes a school wants to give access to products to a staff member who is not in their MIS. Currently all staff have to be in the MIS to be invited.
Scenario example
A long term supply teacher. School said when advised to add them to MIS 'It is not ideal, as I do not want census to pick her up. I can remove her from census manually. But if you could relay the query to the development team that going forward, the option to add a staff member individually would be a help.' #6423941 vote -
Consider making the work email recorded in the MIS the one that is brought through as the work email address for school staff.
Currently the work email address in Juniper Portal is populated by the address identified by Wonde as Primary first then Work, Email and finally Home.
Some schools have the staff member's home email address as their priority address which then shows as Primary in the information from Wonde.
Could the work email address take precedence for staff?1 vote
