Rename data sets per cohort
Ability to rename data sets by cohort, rather than key stage. This would be useful to ensure consistency and keep the system tidy between administrator changes or school changes if they join a trust.

New KS3/4 Report to show quals counting in A8
Schools would benefit from a student based report detailing the qualifications counting in A8 baskets. At the moment this can be seen within individual student headlines, this new report would be a summary report with all students (filterable) listed with all quals counting. Similar to the Best 3 A Levels report in KS5.

Ability to re-name TAGs/CAGs Dataset
The TAGs/CAGs dataset was created to upload Teacher Assessed Grades awarded in COVID years 2020 and 2021. It is currently locked for renaming, but by now this should be renamable to give schools an additional set of data where they can upload any grades to, as this name is now irrelevant for cohorts from 2022 and later.

ability to Import FOCUS group membership (TRUE/FALSE)
it would be great to be able to import student membership: currently its a ticking box exercise, easily to make mistake and very time consuming.
for example: we create a focus group: English intervention : select 20 students. then add focus group to compare: no English intervention: select everyone apart from these 20... and again....2 votes -
Better Tools to Track Staff Usage
On the usage page (https://www.sisraanalytics.co.uk/Users/Usage) it would be extremely useful to have a sort and filter functionality.
Additionally, it would be good to be able to click into a user and see their history of logins.
This is because we want better tools to track our teacher, department, leader engagement with Sisra Analytics in order to help, train and encourage the right people, to improve our data knowledge and the effect it can have in school.

matrix style grade analysis for subject and groups all on 1 page
to be able to have ALL subjects grade analysis and by groups on the same page (currently we need to apply breakdown to analyse subjects by gender/Fsm/sen all separate)
it works for all students grade analysis by group but we want it by subjects on 1 page so like matrix of by groups and by qualification1 vote -

Allow current assessment data to be shown on the Qualifications Trends Report
The Qualification Trends Report is useful for staff, so allow users to select current assessment data to be selected.
Seems a waste that it's only used for exam result sets.

Tracker Report for KS5
Already a feature in KS3/4 reports, a Tracker report allowing schools to track performance across multiple datasets at a glance, side-by-side for a KS5 cohort.

Usage Statistics
It would be great to have some summary statistics on the Usage page, to gain a quick overview of the number of staff logging in and using the system regularly.

Allow upload of AtL judgements without a grade
Schools would benefit from being able to upload attitude to learning judgements without an associated grade, particularly in KS3 where they may not have graded assessments, but it is important to track effort and other elements of learning.

katy.gallagher@priestlands.hants.sch.uk
It would be extremely useful if you could support having multiple tabs of SISRA open at the same time. This would make flicking between reports so much quicker and easier than it currently is.

You can colour code a focus group in the KS3/4 reports, but this functionality is not available in KS5 reports.

An overall view of students with subject grades
It would be really helpful to see all students and their grades for each subject in one report. Currently you can only view this information for individual students. It would be helpful to see the data much like the broadsheets we use to upload the data from.

Make EAPs Optional
As not all schools are using EAPs at all or just for some, mostly Unapproved qualifications, it would be useful to make these optional and allow people to select a grade method on the Matching page.
Suggestion: a toggle on the Matching page allowing users to switch it off for qualifications they are not using EAPs for.

Sign-in via third party authenticators
It would be useful to sign in to SISRA Analytics using a Microsoft or Google work account. This would leverage the multi-factor authientication used by these systems and make the special category personal data held in SISRA more secure.

The ability to compare with similar schools in Data Collaboration
Schools would benefit from being able to compare their school to similar schools, either geographically or by type (eg, grammar schools, comprehensive schools)

Set students as having 'Dropped' qualifications in KS5
In KS3/4 cohorts it is possible to set a qualification as 'Dropped' for a student no longer taking it, so that any grades for this qualification no longer appear in the reports. For KS5, the only way to reflect this at the moment is to go through and delete all previous grades for the student in that qualification.

Additional Attitude to Learning options
As a school we monitor four different sets of ATL data for both KS3 and 4. As SISRA only currently provide three, this makes it almost impossible to use efficiently for our KS3 groups. It would make a world of difference to be able to use SISRA for KS3 as well as KS4. To have oversight of a student from Year 7 right up until Year 11 Exams on SISRA would be fantastic.
