  1. Raise the KS5 reporting threshold from 500 students?

    Can we raise the KS5 reporting threshold from 500 students for 6th form colleges with high student populations. There are approx 80 sixth form colleges across the country and we only have approx 30%. Little choice in the market and it will therefore help acquisition and make customers in this cohort stickier.

  2. Average Grade calculation in KS3/4 to be based on Average Points

    Currently in KS3/4, Average Grade is not related to average points like it is in KS5, resulting in unexpected values. This should be adjusted to take into account average points.

  3. Ability to set our own timeout

    It is not possible to set a timeout limit on one's own account beyond 120 minutes. It would be very helpful, particularly for Admin accounts, to enable a longer timeout as it can cause significant interruption to work on reports and subsequently inconsistent data extraction if the exact parameters are not repeated. A revised limit of 4 or 5 hours would not present any greater risk of data breaches, if that is the purpose of the timeout, and would enable complex tasks to be carried out without interruption.
