  1. Invest in the KS3/4 side of SISRA as it is looking tired and outdated and hasn't had a proper refresh in years.

Shorter pages that don't need scrolling is a must along with proper dashboards, similar to the new MAT interface.

  2. Have an automated data export facility via an API or a Snowflake link or similar into services like Power BI. Currently we have to run 20+ different exports every time even a single grade changes and copy/paste them together to get access to do our own internal reporting including SISRA analytics stats into these kinds of services when it could all be done seamlessly and without the ongoing risk of human error quite easily.

  3. Staff feedback is that when they select a Qualification and then a Class, when they click on individual student hyperlinks they expect the dropdown list of students to only be those in the Class previously selected.

Would it be possible, on the "Student Detail Areas" to be able to filter the dropdown list to only show a specific class.

(To pre-empt, the browser back button doesn't always take staff back to the class list. For me, it does. I've advised staff to use Chrome, but that's still not working for some).

  4. Most of our focus groups already exist in our MIS, and it's slow duplication to select students one at a time to recreate in SISRA.

First preference is for SISRA to update student info automatically, via Wonde or similar - in which case, would request that we also be able to select existing groups from our MIS to import as Focus groups.

Failing that ... would request the ability to paste a list of Student identifiers in order to match in bulk and save as a new focus group.

  5. To save time when providing a breakdown of % achieving basics 9-7 by various filters. Very easy to do for 9-5 and 9-4 but the figures have to be found by applying filters one at a time for 9-7 which is time consuming.

  6. Add predicted grades to this as an option, both Year 11 and Year 10 (toggle on and off).

The new new Headline Trend Report, is a welcome, but much overdue step forward.

Also, consider adding a 3 year trend option as the DfE will most likely use this for the 2025 performance tables for attainment to help parent understand trends or peak years.

Whenever a new report is designed in SISRA, it needs to allow the user to add predicted data. I do not understand why this would not be the default position of Juniper when designing anything new.

  7. It would be very useful if users could simply go back to the data they were looking at after drilling down to student-level in reports, rather than having to add navigation steps to find the same page again.

Thanks very much for your consideration!

  11. Great to have the 'Back to top' shortcut in reports, even better if we could have this feature on admin pages. Particularly cohort lists and grade management pages which can be lengthy.

  12. Schools would benefit for either 'including' all qualifications as standard on the matching page when setting up the cohort for the first time, or a toggle which would allow you to set all to yes in one click. Removing the time taken to click all quals from 'No' to 'Yes' when they have just been uploaded and therefore you'd want to see in reports!

  13. Comparing two datasets is beneficial, but when downloaded onto Excel and filtered by ascending order for grades, the datasets can become mixed up. Is there a way to attach the two datasets together while keeping them on separate rows? For instance, when comparing "mock" and "predicted" datasets, if I filter for students with a mock result of 3, the predicted data should remain attached to the corresponding students.

  14. The chat window is pinned to the right side of screen which sometimes covers up the area you want to work on while still connected with the support team (e.g. to carry out some change to fix a problem), then if you minimize the chat window it gets hidden behind the large blue Resource Centre button and becomes very fiddley to access. Can the chat window be adjusted either to be able to move around on the screen, or when minimizing it doesn't get hidden behind the Resource Centre button? Thank you.

  16. When using the comparisons function and exporting the data, it currently exports over 3 rows (eg grade on row 1, target on row 2 and diff on row 3). Would be good to have it all on 1 row.

  17. When we upload and publish an updated cohort mid-year and tick YES to the option to update classes, the Students > Cohort > Classes > Manage Classes should update so that if any students were in a class in the first upload of the year but now in the mid-year upload they have been withdrawn, that area of SISRA (Active Students) should also update. At the moment if a student as in an e.g. Art class in a 1st September upload but then we upload a new cohort on 15th September which now shows that the student isn't in that…

  18. Schools would find it beneficial to be able to compare headline and subject level performance with other cohorts at reporting points other than the final exam - for example are our y11 25/26 cohort looking better or worse than the y11 24/25 cohort in their autumn assessments - at the moment we have to export from multiple cohorts and combine the spreadsheets to do this.

  19. It would be useful if it was possible to export multiple student detail overview reports. Interactive reports would be most useful, but even just as PDFs would be good.

  20. Please allow for removal of leavers when bulk uploading staff (similar to how students are removed when the cohort is imported without them). We data managers are not always kept informed about teachers leaving.

    Thanks!
