  1. It takes so long to export data for the different student groups. It would be great to have a summary for qualifications rather than having to filter individually (eg PP, SEND, EAL, etc)

  2. Invest in the KS3/4 side of SISRA as it is looking tired and outdated and hasn't had a proper refresh in years.

Shorter pages that don't need scrolling is a must along with proper dashboards, similar to the new MAT interface.

  3. Staff feedback is that when they select a Qualification and then a Class, when they click on individual student hyperlinks they expect the dropdown list of students to only be those in the Class previously selected.

Would it be possible, on the "Student Detail Areas" to be able to filter the dropdown list to only show a specific class.

(To pre-empt, the browser back button doesn't always take staff back to the class list. For me, it does. I've advised staff to use Chrome, but that's still not working for some).

  4. Most of our focus groups already exist in our MIS, and it's slow duplication to select students one at a time to recreate in SISRA.

First preference is for SISRA to update student info automatically, via Wonde or similar - in which case, would request that we also be able to select existing groups from our MIS to import as Focus groups.

Failing that ... would request the ability to paste a list of Student identifiers in order to match in bulk and save as a new focus group.

  5. Have the option to upload the students photograph - That will then show on student report pages.

  6. Have an automated data export facility via an API or a Snowflake link or similar into services like Power BI. Currently we have to run 20+ different exports every time even a single grade changes and copy/paste them together to get access to do our own internal reporting including SISRA analytics stats into these kinds of services when it could all be done seamlessly and without the ongoing risk of human error quite easily.

  7. Great to have the 'Back to top' shortcut in reports, even better if we could have this feature on admin pages. Particularly cohort lists and grade management pages which can be lengthy.

  8. Schools would benefit for either 'including' all qualifications as standard on the matching page when setting up the cohort for the first time, or a toggle which would allow you to set all to yes in one click. Removing the time taken to click all quals from 'No' to 'Yes' when they have just been uploaded and therefore you'd want to see in reports!

  9. Comparing two datasets is beneficial, but when downloaded onto Excel and filtered by ascending order for grades, the datasets can become mixed up. Is there a way to attach the two datasets together while keeping them on separate rows? For instance, when comparing "mock" and "predicted" datasets, if I filter for students with a mock result of 3, the predicted data should remain attached to the corresponding students.

  10. To save time when providing a breakdown of % achieving basics 9-7 by various filters. Very easy to do for 9-5 and 9-4 but the figures have to be found by applying filters one at a time for 9-7 which is time consuming.

  11. When using the comparisons function and exporting the data, it currently exports over 3 rows (eg grade on row 1, target on row 2 and diff on row 3). Would be good to have it all on 1 row.

  13. It would be very useful if users could simply go back to the data they were looking at after drilling down to student-level in reports, rather than having to add navigation steps to find the same page again.

Thanks very much for your consideration!

  14. Recently announced was a Grades Management Upgrade which allows you to update a student’s grades all on one page, rather than having to go into each qualification individually. Many thanks for this.

Could the same improvement be rolled out for "Baseline Management" as this would be a great improvement too.

  15. Being able to track things across multiple data sets is really useful. The Headlines Tracker report is very good. But this doesn't currently extend to the Qualifications/Grades reports - only 'average points' is trackable. Please give the ability to track 9-7%, 9-5%, 9-4%, SPI on the Tracker report.

  16. KS5 includes the great functionality to allow 'Alternative Upload Values' in Grade Method creation / reconfiguration. Could this be extended to KS3/4 to allow schools to complete vocational assessments using own grade sturcture, and also allow the DfE style grades normally only seen on Embargo day. This would save a lot of 'grade not in method' icons and or updating / resolving within Excel before upload which is subject to human error.

  17. For KS5, in order to have the GCSE Maths and English Progress values show correctly on the Headlines for each dataset, we have to upload their latest GCSE Result into each dataset - this is just unnecessary work - as the student's grade will only change after the November or Summer Exam entries.

It would be more efficient to just allow us to put in the official GCSE grades against each student after each results day, and SISRA just pick up the latest/best exam grade recorded.

  19. Ability to rename data sets by cohort, rather than key stage. This would be useful to ensure consistency and keep the system tidy between administrator changes or school changes if they join a trust.
