Freeze top of screen
As in Excel, you can freeze the top of the screen so it shows the headers and filters all the time. I often have to switch filters and find it annoying to keep scrolling up and down the page many times to see what I need to. Or, alternatively, have a floating menu at the side that stays put as you scroll so the tabs, etc. go with you as you move up and down the page. I think the data is too spread out anyway.

Comparisons exporting 1 row not 2
When using the comparisons function and exporting the data, it currently exports over 3 rows (eg grade on row 1, target on row 2 and diff on row 3). Would be good to have it all on 1 row.

Create Focus groups from existing list, matching Student Identifier
Most of our focus groups already exist in our MIS, and it's slow duplication to select students one at a time to recreate in SISRA.
First preference is for SISRA to update student info automatically, via Wonde or similar - in which case, would request that we also be able to select existing groups from our MIS to import as Focus groups.
Failing that ... would request the ability to paste a list of Student identifiers in order to match in bulk and save as a new focus group.

Editing the word EAP in KS5 to custom text in the Reports
This is currently possible in KS3/4, but not in KS5 and is inconsitent/confusing for staff

Back to Top Shortcut in Admin pages
Great to have the 'Back to top' shortcut in reports, even better if we could have this feature on admin pages. Particularly cohort lists and grade management pages which can be lengthy.

Include Basics 9-7 in the basics contribution reports
To save time when providing a breakdown of % achieving basics 9-7 by various filters. Very easy to do for 9-5 and 9-4 but the figures have to be found by applying filters one at a time for 9-7 which is time consuming.

Automated data retrieval
Have an automated data export facility via an API or a Snowflake link or similar into services like Power BI. Currently we have to run 20+ different exports every time even a single grade changes and copy/paste them together to get access to do our own internal reporting including SISRA analytics stats into these kinds of services when it could all be done seamlessly and without the ongoing risk of human error quite easily.

KS3/4 Grade Methods, Include Alternative Upload Values
KS5 includes the great functionality to allow 'Alternative Upload Values' in Grade Method creation / reconfiguration. Could this be extended to KS3/4 to allow schools to complete vocational assessments using own grade sturcture, and also allow the DfE style grades normally only seen on Embargo day. This would save a lot of 'grade not in method' icons and or updating / resolving within Excel before upload which is subject to human error.

Default 'Include All' toggle on KS3/4 Matching Page
Schools would benefit for either 'including' all qualifications as standard on the matching page when setting up the cohort for the first time, or a toggle which would allow you to set all to yes in one click. Removing the time taken to click all quals from 'No' to 'Yes' when they have just been uploaded and therefore you'd want to see in reports!

Compare datasets
Comparing two datasets is beneficial, but when downloaded onto Excel and filtered by ascending order for grades, the datasets can become mixed up. Is there a way to attach the two datasets together while keeping them on separate rows? For instance, when comparing "mock" and "predicted" datasets, if I filter for students with a mock result of 3, the predicted data should remain attached to the corresponding students.

Multiple Tabs
It would be REALLY REALLY REALLY helpful if you could support having multiple tabs open in SISRA. Very frustrating that you can not when i am trying to look at analysis from various angles! Too time consuming to go in and out of multiple reports.

Track more things in Tracker reports
Being able to track things across multiple data sets is really useful. The Headlines Tracker report is very good. But this doesn't currently extend to the Qualifications/Grades reports - only 'average points' is trackable. Please give the ability to track 9-7%, 9-5%, 9-4%, SPI on the Tracker report.

Filter Level Reports - add Ethnicity
The Filter Level reports are only available for filters that have 15 values or less. Due to this, Ethnicity is not included and we would really like to meet an indicator on the Equalities Award - "2.4 The school is aware how pupils from different backgrounds are achieving and progressing in the school."

Manage Classes
On the Manage Classes screen, could there be checkboxes for each row against the classes, so you could quickly tick multiple rows, then click on Exclude, Delete, etc.
I just had to exclude 30 classes and it took 2 button clicks for every class.2 votes -

Tracking coursework and UMS in KS5 in particular
Schools would benefit from the ability to track coursework and other modular units, as well as inputting UMS, to give them a holistic view of where students are in vocational subjects, and give insights on whether particular modules could be taken again to improve the overall grade
