Ability to export reports to Word and Excel as well as a PDF
It will be useful for teachers to print out reports in a readable format not over many many pages. Could be used for Pupil progress meetings. Classroom monitor had the function to export to excel.

We would want to export data from test scores and summative judgements to excel to be able to manipulate it for other purposes (rather than manually re-type it).

Classroom monitor had the function to download and print as pdf the markbook for each child. We would print these and share with parents termly. Please make sonar able to do the same so that we can keep parents informed of where there child is with objectives across the year.

This is a must. Finding it really tricky not being able to export and edit tables to ensure they are fit for purpose.

Include option for single pupil reports to be exported for multiple children; a class / year group / saved group / ad hoc selection of children.

Customers also ask to be able to export the summative data entry screen for a clear, manipulative version of this data.

I find it very frustrating that the PDF reports print out over so many pages and that I can't export to excel as I did with Target Tracker to be able to use and filter the data based on eg characteristics

It would be so useful to be able to use excel to export data - particularly for the summative data. I have a governor who is registered blind and he is unable to support me in assessment as we are unable to export to excle where he can use voice recognition to explain the data for him. By being able to export to excel the data would be more accessible to all.

Hi Tim,
It would be really helpful to be able to export any of the reports, but particularly the data in Subject Overview. This would enable us to control how we use the data more effectively. It would also be good to be able to export any of the data in the Assess area.

Many schools have told me they'd love to be able to export reports to Excel.

The export / print options seem very limited when running the reports. On screen they look amazing, but when you download as a PDF they often run across pages with no control to set break points.
