I was very excited about Resource Booking but it's not going to work for us unless it's modified. What would work perfectly for us: - if it is linked with the MIS system so any rooms booked on the Sims timetable would be able to sync with the Booking form. Manual import would be fine. - If it is left as it is now teachers will have to book the rooms manually even though the rooms are allocated to their class in MIS. This would potentially lead to double-booking and confusion with classes. - if it is linked with MIS the booking slots would be Period 1,2 etc or Lesson 1,2 etc and not times as it is now. Our lessons are 40 minutes long and booking 9.40 - 10.20 instead of Period 2 would definitely lead to errors. Would your developers be able to consider this?
